Also she sells silk arrangements and dried flowers that go in a diffuser which is the most amazing idea! She took her time to explain all options and was great with suggestions. My context- I'm used to florist ajummas telling me I'm too picky and long-time florists saying its rude to ask to emulate instagram pictures. I asked for a bridal-like birthday bouquet (i.e. white and pink peonies); the arranger was receptive to using my phone-cracked and pixelated photos as a jumping point and made an arrangement that surpassed them, giving it a rustic and elegant feel with a variety of foliage accents I've not seen before. I don't usually write reviews but I just feel so compelled to write a stellar review for Love U Flowers because they did such an AMAZING job decorating my wedding and designing my bouquet! They deserve this review :) We found them on Yelp and based on the reviews that we read, it was worth to make an appointment with them. Our first appointment with them was 10 months before our wedding. We first met with Hemi -- super sweet and friendly! Before meeting with Hemi, we met with two other florists but I just didn't feel that the "vibe was right" with those two other ones. But when we met with Hemi -- we immediately received impressive customer service. She was so easy to talk with and the thing that I appreciated the most was that she was willing to work within our budget. I was worried that with our budget, the design would be lacking. But not with Love U Flowers! They did their best and brainstormed with me about the design that I like. Fast forward to a month or two before our wedding, we found out that another florist was handling our wedding. So sad that we couldn't work with Hemi for the rest of the wedding but also so happy to have met Alexis and Hailey! They picked up where we and Hemi left off and cleared any confusion. They are so great to work with -- also very sweet and friendly. They were also super patient with me and my questions! What I appreciate the most was that Alexis went to our venue with me to picture out the decor and do a rain contingency plan. Our wedding ceremony was held outdoors and I was so worried that it will rain! (Good thing it didn't). On my wedding day, obviously I didn't have the time to go and check how the florists were doing with the decorations and all that. I just learned to trust that they will do a great job. When I went down to the venue after I finished getting ready, my hunch was right. They did such an amazing job! My husband came here to pick up a bouquet for my sister-in-law (his baby sister). Since he's not a huge yelper, I decided to post on his behalf. The flowers were beautifully wrapped by the florist (he doesn't believe she was the shopkeeper) but the flowers were brow on the edges and weren't even fresh (probably a week old). I love supporting local privately owned businesses but if you're trying to make a name for yourself in the neighborhood, shouldn't your flowers at least be fresh? Emily was very helpful when I had called to inquire about their arrangements and pricing . I ended up getting the regular bouquet with a vase and because the address was local I got free delivery. To my error I had given the wrong house number but Emily and her driver actually went on that block to find and ask for the right house. They could have just gave up but they didnt. I was looking for a small bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday and came to this shop because the packaging looked so cute. When I got to the shop and expressed what I wanted, the florist was super helpful and kind in terms of arrangement, colors, and packaging. I'm going to state here that packaging is extra $$ for those of you that are curious. I do recommend getting the packaging even if it costs extra because they have a special paper imported from Korea and it makes the bouquet so much more gorgeous. I have also looked at a couple other flower shops and most of the other packaging cannot compare. Also, if you need to put the flowers in water before whatever occasion, you can put the special paper in it with the flowers! The paper won't wrinkle or absorb the water (it's like magic). The flowers themselves were nice and you can pick which ones you would like in your bouquet or use their website as they have prearranged options available. They also have beautiful dried flowers if you prefer that style of bouquet. Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with the customer service and product I received. I searched online to see what time Love U Flowers would be open since I remember the time when two young ladies were giving out free white roses and coupons to promote their store a while back when I was eating at SGD tofu house. I checked out their website and saw all the arrangement of flowers offered and loved all of them. When I saw that they offered online purchases it made my easier. Online process was simple and easy. You choose which bouquet you wanted and then you choose whether to add the packaging (+$) or no packaging. Then you add it to the cart and choose either delivery (+$9) or pickup. Since it was already 12AM by the time I ordered it, I opt for pickup since it was a 30 minute walk from my house and left a note to let them know that I would be coming the following day at a certain time to pick up the flowers. The following day, I went to pick up the flowers and it was quick. The staff greeted me and they were both very friendly.
