Silver Knights Floor Restoration - Bayron and his team - are AMAZING! We purchased a rental property with "good bones" and almost none of the customary upkeep one would expect. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo! read more

These guys are excellent. Due to issues with our water softener not working properly had calcium build up and staining on our granite shower. Our granite is black with various veining. Not only did the remove the staining and seal the granite, they noticed issues with improperly sealed areas that were causing water to leak behind the granite and into the framing. Needed a full 48x60 shower regrout - stone wall, stone bench, shower pan, and glass doors. And a master bathroom counter backsplash caulking replaced. Bayron was super professional and respectful, first visit was for inspection and estimate. He called to give me a 30min heads up, then called when at my door, he also had clean booties on and ready to go as soon as I opened the door (after having a ton of vendors in my home, and having that conversation so many times, I have had some get an attitude or tell me they just won't step on the carpet - it was so refreshing to find someone that respected my home before even entering. He explained why the previous caulking (from builder) had only lasted 3years, the difference in quality and quantity of caulking that should have been done, and the type of caulking he would use. I expressed concerns about water damage, he walked my home with me to inspect and showed me where to check if I have further concerns. He even went the extra mile and color matched three different areas: gray tone for stone walls and sink, clear for glass doors, and white for exterior of shower pan and tub. I am so happy we called these guys out. Fast service. Super clean floors. They spent nearly 8 hours cleaning our floors. We bought this house and just always noticed dirty feet and socks. No matter how often we mopped, it just would not stop. We have Bissell hard floor cleaner and tanks of water looked like squid ink after every cleaning. Frustrating. I can't believe how good my tile looks!!! I'm getting ready to put my place on the market, and I decided to have the tile and grout cleaned rather than replace the floor. Turns out that my 15-year-old tile wasn't as hideous as I thought--it was just dirty! It actually looks quite decent now. I wish I had done this when I moved in 5 years ago. Bayron and his guys also polished my granite countertops. They are shiny and smooth now. This effect is more subtle than the drastic change of the tile/grout cleaning but definitely helps to make my place look fresh and newer.
