When I first saw Amy it was for pain management, and I kept falling again that I had 3 years ago but went away, but kept getting pemf therapy hoping it would help, I tried drugs for Parkinson and they only helped for 8 months to help.with my falls. I had been a patient of Tracy Daniel's for years. She was handling a few health issues I had had…read morefor years with great success too. On May 22 I messaged Tracy regards to filling a script for me. I had just changed jobs again and was waiting on new insurance which I had told her in our in person visit before. She apparently didn't take notes on the visit as I had told her I couldn't afford to get the lab work done just yet and was waiting on new insurance so it was more affordable. When messaging her MA her MA told me my labs were out of date. She also informed me that I had a past due balance and I informed her I did not have a Venmo request for the balance and had no problem paying it at that time I just couldn't afford the lab work to be done until the new insurance starts (which was roughly 2 weeks). I explained that I needed my medicine as it's not something I just can stop taking for days at a time. Her MA insisted that I needed lab work and then said that came directly from Tracy which means the last time I had talked to Tracy (March) she did not take notes accordingly outlining my circumstances and when to expect me to get labs done like we had discussed. Something you would expect of someone handling your health. Right? We all know as a health care provider you CAN NOT remember everything about all the patients you see. Common sense. I then got frustrated as asked for the MAs name. Since she is handling my PERSONAL health information you'd probably like to know who you're talking to. Her response is as follows... "Doesn't matter. That comes directly from Tracy. We cannot refill your prescriptions without current blood work. " So her name doesn't matter. Someone Tracy hires doesn't have to give her name but can handle your health information... How would you feel? Especially if you (Or I in this case) are going to complain to her boss about her handling. Kind of hard to do without a name... Which lead me to feel like the people being hired in this office are properly vetted in handling patients or some of the people to be fair. This person in particular eventually said her name was "Courtney". I'll give you two guesses who has NEVER worked at a doctors office nor when I called to complain about her did she even exist! Courtney. So if an employee can lie to a patient about her name when handling your sensitive medical information and there is no recourse since you have no idea who you were actually talking to to get a resolution is this really the place you want to trust your personal information to go to? Let alone your medical information? I wouldn't. With how expensive medical is now a days you want to work with an office that will hire people who aren't going to lie to you about their name when handling your information nor do you want an office that can't see notes on your file or chooses not to read them or doesn't take them at all. Your experience may be different if you decide to work with this office. Who knows. I personally got so frustrated I threaten to come after her office legally if I could fill my scripts just because of how hard times had been for me. Again my medicine isn't something I can go without for a day. So Tracy instead of apologizing to me about my experience cut ties. Which is fine. A simply I'm sorry would have worked and she could have explained things instead. A NP license or doctors degree doesn't put you above being a decent human being. Nor is it acceptable for you to hire employees who OUTRIGHTLY LIE to patients.

I called Tracy and she was able to get us in, and after one IV infusion, some IV fluids, and a vitamin D shot, the color came back in my Son's face. Later that night he was able to eat a meal and drink a good dose of fluids, as opposed to ice chips, for the 1st time in many days. He kept getting better and better and within a couple of days he was feeling 100%. We are so blessed and thankful to have found Tracy! I have been getting my lips done for about a decade and this was my least favorite result and…read moreexperience. My normal injector moved about 40 min from me so I tried Bella. Right off the bat I felt a little put off because she asked what I did for a living and I told her that I was a stay at home mom and she made a comment about how she would lose her mind doing that job which was fine but I just thought it was a weird thing to say within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. Right as she began injecting she told me my top lip filler had migrated and tried to upsell me to dissolve it. I didn't really see the migration she pointed out and noticed that when she was injecting the needle was kind of just going right into the middle of my lips, there was no filler used to outline the border. My normal injector really takes her time and uses different size needle tips to define my lip border and cupids bow and her injection just did not feel as detailed. Immediately after she was finished my top lip looked very asymmetrical and when I pointed it out she blamed it on "migrated filler". She gave me a very small amount of dissolver to even it out, which I really appreciated and told me to call her if the filler didn't settle evenly. After about six weeks had passed the asymmetry was still very apparent and they also looked much less full than I was used to. I reached out to her, and she again took no responsibility and blamed it on my filler migrating and said that if I wanted to come in I could pay to have it dissolved and then refilled. Although she wasn't rude, something about the way she was communicating with me gave me "sleazy salesman" energy. Her injection left my lips uneven and I just find it so weird that she kept pushing to use the dissolver instead of correcting the uneven filler she injected. I have seen a handful of great injectors and I've never had anyone say I have migrated filler or leave me with asymmetrical lips. After our last communication she really just rubbed me the wrong way by pushing unnecessary treatments on me so I went back to my old injector to get it fixed. I would not have left a bad review for her but I was kind of upset after my usual injector said I have no migration whatsoever and that paying extra to dissolve my filler would of not only been a waste of money but that the dissolver comes with pretty scary side effects. She corrected my asymmetry and my lips look perfect now and much more full and defined. She said that it was very obvious that my lips were injected unevenly and it had nothing to do with migrated filler, it was just a lack of detail while injecting.

Thanks to a helpful review under my previous doctors office, I was informed that Lauren had moved to this office and was able to follow her here. I have never received such compassionate & helpful care before in my life. Lauren Blizter is hands down the best NP I've ever seen. She is so warm, helpful, efficient, and has provided me with the best care I've ever received in a medical setting. I was sad to hear she was leaving this office but I will be staying because everyone in this building is also incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel seen, heard, and respected. I know that when I come here I will be treated right. To emphasize the level of care this office provides: During one appointment, I was sitting in their lobby waiting to be seen when I got the news that my dog had died. Embarrassingly, I was a mess and couldn't stop crying. Every person that interacted with me in the office was so sweet and understanding and went out of their way to comfort me. Dr. Paige especially was so incredibly kind & comforting. She told me about all of her dogs that she's loved & lost & let me know that they're up in doggy heaven waiting to welcome my pup & protect/look after him. A few days later, I received a card in the mail from Sun Lakes Family Physicians saying sorry for your loss. Everyone in the office signed it and left a heartfelt message. The office says they have been sent but the receiver states there is missing information which causes delays in getting the care I need. I have to make several follow up calls to ensure they get through. Also when requesting labs - they tell me that the orders will be ready next day, I go in to pick them up and they are incomplete. I am proud that they follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and protect vulnerable children in our communities. My son sees them for several chronic issues and they have always been available when we need them. We go to both the Gilbert and Chandler locations and typically see Dr. Nason and Stacey, but all of their providers are really nice! Their office staff is I highly recommend their offices.
