The girl who helped us was so nice and personable, which made the whole appointment feel really fun and comfortable. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but that's expected for a bridal boutique. Christine at Regency Tailors did an amazing job on the alterations for my wedding dress!…read more I chose a large ball gown style dress that I'm sure even the hem, let alone all of the other alterations were a big challenge! We had multiple fittings and at each fitting she took the time not only to explain what she was doing and how that would alter the dress but also to give me tips on how to walk in the dress, what sort of shoes were best, how to get into the dress without messing up your hair etc. She also created a fantastic bustle that made dancing at the reception so much easier and even walked my bridesmaids through the process of how to do it. :) I really appreciated that Christine took the time to help with all of those little details! In addition she also includes the pressing of the dress in her services so it was really nice not to have to go somewhere else for that! I felt beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Christine! She is the first tailor i've ever worked with and her work is impeccable. I've also been a bridesmaid in multiple other weddings since my own and I always see her for any dress alterations!

She made my best friend feel so comfortable, confident, and beautiful throughout the entire process of finding her wedding dress. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure she found the dress -- not just a dress. What stood out most was how she listened to everything my best friend wanted while also knowing exactly what to pull and what would flatter her. She somehow made the entire experience feel effortless, exciting, and so special. You could truly tell that she cared about making this moment memorable rather than simply making a sale. Carly's is a modern, yet vintage boutique filled with all things cool! Both local and handmade jewelry, beautiful clothing and purses line the walls all of which are SO fun. We were greeted by a friendly woman - who I think was the owner - who gladly assisted us in finding an outfit - as my mother-in-law was in search of an outfit to wear to an outdoor wedding. She was beyond welcoming, helpful and provided us with different suggestions, looks AND even light bites and drinks! The shop frequently offers a "sip and shop" experience, allowing for customers to sip on champagne provided by the store while they shop! SO cool! Ultimately, I left with a fun cross body brown leather bag with vintage guitar strap, while my mother-in-law left with a multitude of clothes which looked great! I can't wait to go back! Pro Tip: Sign up for their rewards program, as they frequently send out coupons and have raffles for $100 gift cards AND allow for a VIP experience when new things come in!

It's very rare these days to find clothing made from real fabrics meant to last and be treasured. Even designer stores sell cheap plasticky garments that are meant to be tossed out so I was very happy to stumble upon this gem of a store. Yes the prices are slightly higher than fast fashion outlets like Forever 21 and Target so if those stores are your price point you can still find beautiful accessories here but the clothes are for long term wear here. I intend to be wearing my cashmere wraps happily for years to come. The equivalent to a Johnny Was but much more affordable. Wonderful salespersons and presentation also! I will be back...

Long post. Worth the read. Biggest disappointment was the unexpected fees I was charged when my…read moreitem was ready to pick up. Pick Up: I was notified via text that my garment arrived within the arrival month originally estimated at the time of purchase. In the same message, I was also notified that I was now required to pay and additional "tariff fee". I replied that there was no mention of this potential fee at the time of purchase and that there was no clause in the contract that an additional fee may apply or be added later. I received an indirect response from the owner informing me the fee was fair because they are covering some of the tariff cost and that I can pay my original amount due, but they will not release the garment to until ALL fees are paid, including this new "tariff fee". The owner referred to the contract line, "All accounts must be paid in full before garments may be removed from the store." Like I said, no mention in the contract or notification in the 6 months that passed since I placed my order that the store can/would add additional fees. I called the fee a hidden fee, but the owner stated it was government imposed. In my opinion if you do not inform your client that you are charging them until the client is receiving the item, it is an undisclosed fee. The contract does say that the item must be picked up in 4 weeks; so, I did pay the dues to pick up my garment not knowing if the shop would hold rights to my item if not picked up in 4 weeks. Note: From my research other shops have provided written notice of tariff fees to the client prior to the item being available for pick up or it is listed in the contract that potential import fees may occur. Appointment: I was referred to this shop through a designer's website. I was looking for a specific dress, and the site said this shop had it. When I made my appointment request, I specifically mentioned the dress I was looking for. The shop had to reschedule my appointment but offered a 10% inconvenience discount which was honored at checkout. However, the stylist was not ready for me when I arrived. I didn't mind. The stylist had not read my appointment notes. The dress was not available at the store- it wasn't at any of their other locations. They gave me the option to order it from the designer to try it on if I paid the cost of shipping. I declined but decided to try on dresses since I was there already. The stylist had no regard for my budget. I ended up finding a skirt I liked, and the stylist went to draw up the contract. I was by myself in the front of the store and a drunk man walked in and started checking himself out in the mirror. In the wedding dress I was wearing, I picked up my things and walked to the back of the store. The man followed. The stylist asked if she could help him. He looked me up and down and then asked the stylist for a hug. She hugged him. After a couple seconds I pulled the stylist away from him and told him needed to leave. Fortunately, he did. I do not fault the shop for this incident but after that I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave myself and felt like I was pressured into completing the purchase. The shop informed me that they have a policy now that the front door is to be locked while they are seeing a client.

We made an appointment and had the place to ourselves. I had some styles selected and she brought a couple and suggested some. My friends picked some as well. The store is brightly lit with natural sun light and also indoor lights. You stand on a pedestal to put on the gowns and twirl in front of mirrors. Kamaria was great and she helped me in and out of gowns. She was friendly and attentive. The gowns are pricey but the quality is good. Fancy details and glitter woven throughout. It was a fantastic experience and I have recommended her to another friend who is getting married too. Parking is challenging as it's on the street.

Nadia was my stylist and she killed it! She was so laid back and easy to work with. I knew what I wanted and they had what I thought was my dream dress there for trial. I tried it and a handful of others and the whole process was smooth and lovely. It didn't feel overwhelming at all and because the store is tucked into the back of the Anthro it was a bit quieter but you do get some folks watching you randomly. The dress selection was lovely, I think they had almost every dress on the website available to try on. I ended up choosing a totally different gown than expected but was SO happy with my choice. To top it all off they had just gotten a new sample of the gown in that just happened to be my size (not a size they typically carry) so I was able to try that one on and it really confirmed this was the right choice! So excited for my dress to arrive in the coming month or so!
