She literally came home with bloody cuts from being aggressively filed and trimmed too short. Her nails have scratches in them making the polish look dull. Her nails are bumping and uneven. This wasn't relaxing or pampering, it was rushed and poor quality. Ladies and partners that want to treat your ladies, go somewhere else. Don't let the fancy decor fool you.
