I was surprised when I stood at the front counter to pay for my item, the woman named Gloria was rude. She was wrapping a gift I believe, made eye contact and continued to wrap. Then I thought well maybe this isn't where you get rung up. I went ahead and asked and she said, "will the vintage crayons be all for you" in a rude and dismissive manner as if I were an inconvenience. She didn't say hello, smile, nothing; didn't make any effort to connect with a paying customer. I asked her nicely if this was her shop and she said no. Kinda ruined my experience up to that point. Good thing we were on our way out. Be more mindful of the people supporting your shop.

I had several pieces of furniture damaged in a move and brought them in. They are amazing here. My pieces were restored to better then when I brought them in. Their work is by far exceptional. So if you have the time to wait, I highly recommend you let them work on your furniture. They also offer delivery and pick up for large pieces.
