Staff members were friendly and patient whenever I had questions or needed assistance, and they were very attentive. Given the huge layout it could take some time to find a free employee, but their workers made sure I knew about the various options that could meet my search criteria. We purchased a Table and Chairs from them. The first Table and Chairs we bought was delivered in 4…read moremonths, it was the right color but the table was damaged. Barn took the table back. They exchanged it for a Table which was a Cherry Wood Color and matched nothing in room. They took table back and we waited another 8 months and the finally delivered yet another cherrywood Table. My cabinets were walnut. We called and spoke to Leon the Owner, who said we said Number 1 the damaged table was the Cherrywood color and what we ordered, it wasn't! The Table is Beautiful but not Walnut. We kept it because Leon said it was the best he could do. I recommend not Ever Buying anything that needs to be ordered and made. They are very ignorant when they mess up and it takes forever. We paid $ 4,000 for something that must be covered all the time.
