My sisters and I did a impromptu day out with 6 of us to celebrate our nieces birthday. As busy as they already were we did not think they would take us so quickly! I can honestly say we were treated well and were not rushed even with how crazy busy they were! They were super friendly and even had egg rolls for customers. I paid in cash and had extra money set aside for a tip, yet instead of handing me my change, the worker had the nerve to question me saying, "You only have $20, and three people worked on you and your son mani pedis?" So it was a Friday night at 6:30 and I needed to get my nails done .. my man was determined to find a place. Several things I would like to say , I called and ask if their hours were correct and confirmed they were open till 10 pm . They got me in and I was able to relax and get my nails done ( gel ) and a really relaxing pedicure , JUDY did my nails and AMANDA did my pedicure ! Trouble answered the phone and was so nice as well as the owner was in and was happy to let me know about their extended hours. I was impressed I couldn't get over how many salons close ( which I get it people have families) but some have to get nails done no matter what and they need later hours ! My last visit here was terrible , but I decided to give this place another chance . My Nail tech was Kyle , he was fast and did a very , very good job on my nails , his precision was A+ 5 stars , but I'm rating this an overall 3 star because he was so cold and never smiled , I figured he was just having a bad day , didn't even say hello and didn't want to talk , he was willing to cater to my needs but sighed each time I made a request , when I asked for a different color design , he stepped away to look for the item , which I appreciated but from across the room you can hear him sighing loudly and rummaging through the drawers loudly while slamming stuff around . I genuinely intended to tip him more because of how precise and well done he did my nails , each time I made a request or asked a question I made sure to gently thank him , but in the end , I only tipped him 1/4th of what I intended to tip him . Again , the nails look great , but I bet if he smiled more (even if he faked it ) he would make a lot more in tips and he wouldn't feel as negative overall . The Pros: - Fast Service: I was taken back right when I walked in, even though they appeared to be really busy. - Clean facility The Cons: - Nickel and Dimed: I've never paid $75 for a gel pedicure - with no special additions, just polish... this was a first. The "menu" said it was $45 for the option I picked, but somehow at the end I was told $75. I was too tired to argue. - Poor quality polish: on day two, the polish on my right foot (which initially started out like a pink/fuchsia) now had a black tint to it. - I felt like I needed to tell my tech how to properly cut my nails; not even in a nit-picky way, but in an obvious: that nail is at a crazy angle! Worst manicure I have ever gotten. They clearly don't care about the outcome of your nails. When I asked the lady to file down my nail so it wouldn't grow crooked, she got her nail clipper and cut my nail. Which left it MORE crooked. If you can get past a few bad reviews and decide to try it, you should ask for Helen (who is awesome) or Lisa (who is great too). They're the only 2 that I will see. FYI the greeter, previousLy brought a small bowl , mimic for me to put my hand inside. After this horror: The nail tech placed my wrist on a canister. She didn't file nor shape my nails till "last". She butchered my nails shape. Wrestled my wrist. Painfully twisted my fingers, I didn't want her to do my pedi.‍. Finally the "mani" was over. Over with wrong color, wrong shape. So very hard to communicate with mail tech. Her service was unsatisfactory and she shared she might not do my pedicure. I was elated but that ended quickly as she appears AGAIN. MORE pain & and a rushed pedicure. Oh! I failed to mention she never confirmed what servIce I wanted. This is probably the wackiest nail joint I've been to, as far as decór - ok, no second wackiest, but the service and the polish jobs were spot on...Eeeexcept they only lasted a few days. Hands, that's fine, but toes should last at least two weeks, on average. The service was totally fine - My friend and I were promptly seated in our pedi chairs and given menus and nail swatches to choose a color. The colors were many, and they have matching gel/regular for all of them. Unfortunately, while they do use plastic covers over the foot bowl, it was not enough - I'll get to that soon. I enjoyed the upgraded pedicure with a scrub and a mask. The products smelled fresh, had a lot of "scrubbies" in them, and my nail tech did a pretty good job massaging them in. HORRIBLE PLACE! One of the worst places I have ever been! Kim (Nail Tech) who had been taking care of me for almost a month got upset with me because on my last visit I simply said to her, "I didn't like the shape of my nails" after she was done! Mind you this is something I am paying for, something I specifically asked for and instead of getting a warm response, she made a scene in front of everyone. She begin to get very upset and loud. Several co workers had to come over and calm her down. And many other clients came over to make sure that after I was okay. Before even fixing the problem (when it was a simple fix) all she offered was to give me my money back which I didn't want, I only wanted my nails done right and great service!!! So I allowed her to go over and fix my nails even though I could tell she didn't, (she had a very hideous ugly look on her face and didn't talk for the rest of the appointment) I also believed she purposely filed my whole cuticle away (shown in pictures below). I left the nail salon with a bloody nail, red polish from my last appointment under my nail and dissatisfaction from the HORRIBLE SERVICE I received. All the manager had to offer was a discount to return again... what kind of sense does that make? It's not about the money it's about the service and I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!! read more

I went here for a spa pedicure. My feet were aching and needed some TLC. Cindy did my feet and while the polish job came out ok, she charged me $55 although the price list said $45. Perhaps that glass of wine she so generously offered was $10. I don't know and I didn't realize it until I left. Be aware of these sneaky tactics. Also, there are a lot of fruit flies sharing my wine. They should eradicate that problem. I was supposed to get a 15 minuet foot massage and my feet was to be scrubbed of all the dead skin. However, during the course of the treatment someone came in, a regular, who was said to have made an appointment. I think that may have something to do with why I didn't get a full service. My feet still have a lot of rough areas and I felt rushed out as she started her regular customer while I was being finished. I won't be back. read more

I came in for a simple french for my graduation. They gave me someone that doesn't know what they're doing. My french was all messed up and uneven i spent two hours and half telling the lady they don't look right and all i get is "i will file them for you" at the end, they forced me to pay and i was promised if i come the next day, they will fix it. This place gets worse and worse over time. Today I had an hour to kill before getting a hair cut. So I decided to get a quick mani-pedi. I sat in the massage chair, which is old enough that it no longer has any padding in it, and had a surly woman eventually start my pedicure. I had asked if they could do a manicure at the same time and they assured me they could. Well, they kind of can. If you don't mind balancing a soup bowl full of water on a menu covered by a towel while another woman impatiently moves your feet around without regard to the soup bowl. The polish they use is cheap. They bring you a big thing with fake nails hanging off the side. No brand name polish to choose from. Every time I've been there, they've had to thin out/stretch the polish by putting nail polish remover in it. The polish looks cheap and doesn't dry properly no matter how long you let it set. Because of how crappy it looks, I'm about to take it off and do my own polish. In addition, they cut 4 of my fingernail cuticles until they drew blood and cut one toe badly. Both women seemed to find this funny. Save your money. Go somewhere they are pleasant, won't butcher you, and they will use quality products. read more

The first time I was here, I wanted a full dipset and a pedicure. The nail tech had me remove my own set. He then only did two coats of dip and did not shape my nails. He left them shaped as they were. I am back again because three of the nails broke in less than a week. My sets normally last 4 weeks. I was sitting with a tech but have been moved back to the waiting area because I requested that they wrap my nails instead of making me remove their work myself. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this location for dip sets. Update: they put the wrong color on. Apparently there's more than one "81" in dipset powders. When I pointed out that it was the wrong color.... she told me the new color would fade to the original color . Negative. This place is nice and the presentation is "fancy" but the quality of work for the price you pay kills it. The spa pedicures starts at $55. Presentation is pretty. The nail technician brings out a tray with a flower vase and all the items needed for whatever pedicure you select. Pretty relaxing and you do get the paraffin wax and hot stone massage. I also got the dip nail. My new favorite thing to get. Got them a few times already and loved the fact that my nails actually grow without breaking and it's stronger versus doing acrylics or gel and etc. and they're so easy to remove and they don't have to really use the drill. But my dip experience at this place was not the case. Not even a day later a piece of the dip chipped off. And when I really inspect it after the chip, I noticed that my nails weren't fully coated. Super disappointed considering this place charges $45 for dip when other places only charge $30-$35. Not even a week later and I have chips on most of my nails when they usually last on my nails 3 weeks still looking nice. I won't be coming back.
