He then informed me that he is the only one that does pedicures in this salon, and if I needed a woman for a pedicure this salon might not be a good fit.....well ok...I reassured him it would not be a problem. Got in the chair for my pedi and let the water circulate until it was cold. I sat and sat while he continued to work on another client. Meanwhile his daughter sat in the chair and chilled; she is also a nail technician. Finally he did the pedicure and he did a quick and efficient job. I was pleasantly surprised. Once done, he informed his wife I was waiting. She continued drilling/filing something in the back....no customers in her chair. So I waited some more. Eventually she told me to come to her chair after he informed her a second time I was waiting. Once in her chair she did a great job. There was no conversation...no pleasantries. She kept repositioning my hands on the elevated stand because I am short and my arms could not reach that far. Very awkward and quiet. Overall, the quality of work is really good. But the atmosphere lacks warmth and the wait is too much. Btw the place is spotless. After this review I am sure I will have to find another place but honest feedback should help a little...js. It destroyed my nail bed so the new polish didn't go on smoothly and it was really painful. The new polish didn't last, the photo was taken a few days after the service. Additionally, when I got my eyebrows waxed, the woman didn't clean the area before and just put the wax on, which is really unsanitary and doesn't allow a clean cut. I will not return.

While she was fixing it she sanded down the nail next to the one she was working on. When I got home the nail she sanded, without a reason, popped off. I called and was told to come in. A different woman was there. I tried to explain what happened and she yells your nails are old! She went on to say it's my fault and she was going to charge me for the service. I remained calm and tried to explain and tell her the date of my appointment. She just got louder saying you pay you pay. People are staring at me. I was so embarrassed and frustrated. She proceeded to sand my nail extra hard. I have a cut on my finger from the experience. When management came in i told her what happened. The manager made the "crazy" sign and pointed to the lady who screamed at me. I said I feel she owes me an apology. I'd like an apology. Management turned her back to me and walked away. Never going back! Management did not feel the technician's action merited an apology. They don't value us at all. I cannot spend my hard earned money in a place where I am not respected.
