There are a few atms in stores you can go to on the same street but you'll pay a small fee so I recommend just coming with cash. I will say a day later my thumb nail chips. It chipped in the corner and wasn't noticeable so I didn't call and complain because she gave me a few coats of gel polish so you really could not tell so I went with. She failed to ask me for approval before moving on to next steps throughout the set, causing me to ask her to correct her mistakes. She made it obvious she was not fond of being corrected. The design was a simple black French tip with a white line through the middle of the black polish. The finished nails were over layered, bulky, & sloppy. When I told the person in charge about my experience & showed proof, I was given attitude as if I was wrong for not liking the job on my nails & told I have to still pay for the set minus the design. I was not given any comforting solutions. It was a lot of shoulder shrugs and head shakes as if nothing can be done for me. The associate working on my feet did not even know how to create a French tip design. Come to find out that person is the only associate in the salon who is able to do acrylic nails. I did have the polish removed. I arrived at 12:50pm & do not leave until 6pm. I'm not understanding how a nail salon hires technicians who are unable to perform what should be basic skills for the job. It's not fair that I walk into a salon expecting associates to know how to do the job I am paying them to do & I get the short end b/c they are under qualified. This salon is very out dated- associates do not understand much English at all to communicate effectively, no refreshments are offered, under qualified nail technicians !, mediocre customer service over all.
