I have come here twice now. Both times to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. They always come out amazing and eyebrow tech is so nice and quick!!! For the most everyone has been nice except for one guy this last time. It wasn't what he said, just his delivery. Jessy and the team treated me exceptionally well. I've come here many times for lashes and eyebrow tinting but I'm really enjoying the nails service these days. It's a little pricey, but they do a very good job. Check the prices before you sit down just in case it's out of your budget. The music is always appropriate and the TV plays the local news station for this interested in being in the know. The vibe is usually pretty smooth and there's usually customer flowing through all day long. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews with how busy this place can get..... read more

It was my first time at this time and the tech was so rough that he made 3 of my toes bleed. When I told him I was bleeding he said "yeah" and continuously sprayed my feet with alcohol trying to stop/wipe the bleed before he thought I would realize. So I got my nails done there last week, about 5 days ago. And my eyelashes, but I got the strips which I never get, because I liked the way a certain set of strips they offered looked. My nails looked great. They did them exactly how I wanted them, the eyelashes did not they were way to long and looked crazy, when I told her I didn't like them she said "don't you want to just try it for a day?" I felt like sort of put off that she didn't offer to do something different for me. Especially since I was being charged $40 to put a pair of strips on which I could have done myself. . . Anyway, I had just let it go, knowing I was the one who picked them. No big deal. By the end of the night... well before morning, my lashes were completely off. So I had to go to my regular place the next day and get individual lashes put on. Fast forward to today, one of my nails broke, so I came back here , WHERE I GOT THEM DONE.... And they charge me $10!!! I've never even heard of such an enormous fee for less than ten minutes of work. On top of that I just paid them less than 6 days ago to put them on... you would think they'd put that into consideration... I've never been somewhere that doesn't offer at least one complimentary break. Like I said, I was surprised they even charged me the $10 being as I was a paying customer and at the time had planned to come back. Okay so that's not even the worst. I have a gold implant in my eye lid, which is why I get Eyelash Extensions to cover it because it's a bump and embarrassing. I have my eyelashes done 24 seven I stay with them on so as soon as I bring up that I want my eyelashes done the lady doing my nails looks at me so shocked and grossed out and says "what's wrong with your eye." which then explained to her that I have an implant in my eye due to brain surgery that I had. She said " it's so red." I told her yes I was rubbing it and sometimes it just gets inflamed, but it's no big deal. It's normal like I get my eyelashes done regularly.... " she gets up from fixing my nail to go get somebody else to show them my eye and gawk at it. All the while looking disgusted. I told her I said if you don't wanna do it that's all right I said but it's extremely normal. It's like this sometimes.she tells me "oh I think you need to wait three days." I told her "you guys just did my eyelashes a few days ago." Anyway, so when I get up to walk over to the eyelash station, the gentleman who looks like he runs, the place stood in front of me and said "what are you trying to do "?! And it sounded pretty accusatory. I was really embarrassed because by this point it was him and two other eyelash technicians, and the lady who did my nail staring at my eye with disdain. so now the customers are looking at me, wondering what's wrong with my disgusting eye. It was extremely humiliating.. The gentleman told me." you need to wait come back. I don't think we can do them now" after you know staring at me for what seems like forever. I told them "yeah it's no problem. I'm just gonna go to my regular place and do it. " and then I repeated "it's an implant and surgically implants in my eye. I can't remove it. It's normal. This is the way I look." It was horribly embarrassing the whole situation I felt disgusting and ugly walking out of a salon . I would not recommend this place. These people are so judgmental and disrespectful in the snide kind of, "im gonna speak Vietnamese behind your back And make fun of you" type of way. I already have a huge complex about my eye. They made it so much worse. I will never be returning to this place. read more

Just had an unfortunate experience at Lovely Nails with the technician Tracy. She took a phone call while she was applying my eyelashes, and it was interfering with her focus and attention on me as her customer. At one point she had to tear the eyelash off that she just put on and took the risk of pulling out my eyelashes. I told her I don't take phone calls when I'm at work as it takes my attention away from my customers. Instead of apologizing she told me to go somewhere else and blamed me for her downfall. It was a very disappointing experience. An apology and some understanding would have been more appropriate! read more

Front desk dude is very rude. I've been going for years (eyebrows only) and have always observed him being rude/aggressive. This past visit I observed him being rude even to the workers. When I arrived I told him I was there for eyebrows he "assigned" me to a stall but I told him that I wanted to wait for Vy. Since she had someone already I had to wait. Not a big deal. About 4 more customers came in and 2 requested Vy as well. When it was my turn he pulled someone who came after me to go. I said to him that I was next and had been waiting. He turns to me and says I didn't see you come in I don't know when you came in. I said what?! Mistakes happen maybe he forgot but it was his attitude and years of observing his nasty attitude towards customers and the staff that just turned me off completely. I immediately walked out. They will never get my business again. They open salons in our communities and treat us like dirt. I've had enough. They don't respect their customers at all. And from what I have heard and seen their pedicures and manicures are bottom shelf. I had a pedicure once. Never again. Sad to say that the tech (Vy) who did my eyebrows was nice and always did exactly what I asked for. I have been coming here for approximately ten years and have never had an issue with service with Mi, Tien, or Hannah. When to see a new technician, Emmy and she did a crappy job by leaving a bald spot in both of my eyebrows and taking no responsibility. Me and my mom seen someone with beautiful glittery nails and she told us she got her nails done at Lovely by a tech name Tony(booth #5). From there on he has been doing our nails and does a very good job at what he does. We been going to him for a very long time now. He was very nice from the start and treated us like he been knew us. He is an amazing sweet guy and try to satisfy his customers. He knows his work very well and is good at what he does. My nails use to break so easily and didn't last from other nail techs. But with him my nails hardly ever break and my nails last for weeks. He does have a lot of customers and it's usually a long wait or very hard to get him because a lot of people request him. But I think its better to catch him on a Sunday, Monday or maybe Wednesday to get him. And he is off on Tuesdays. His wife works at the shop as well and she always have a lot of customers and I think she does a very good job too. This shop does keep up with the latest nail trends. They have a sign in book and you can request your nail tech on the book. This shop have a variety of colors to choose from and the prices are not that bad also. read more

I received a gel manicure and a pedicure. The nail tech was really nice and service was pretty quick. The prices were as expected. My gel manicure lasted about 1 week before it began to lift near the cuticles. I don't expect that unless I'm digging in the dirt! I won't be back. read more

My go to spot for eyebrows! They have like 8 girls for brows/lashes, you just have to find the one thats right for you. Eyebrows prices are really good! I did my nails here once or twice but never again! They are awful at nails and even worse at pedicures. read more

I live thirty minutes away, and arrived to find a line and be told they could not take anyone except for eyebrows. Waste of time. They should just take appointments. People work. Kathy has been doing my nails religiously every two weeks. She always give me recommendations on polishes that match my skin tone when I'm indecisive, and she does my nails EXACTLY how I want them!! There are 2 thin lines that go straight across. The older woman at the front desk said she would fix them. There was no way! You can't put the brows back on and start over! She didn't send me to go wash... which I never have experienced. My nail tech always sends me to wash before she applies the gel. I knicked my thumb by accident & she got upset & mumbles I hate my job & start speaking chinese. Which I thought was rude. So she didn't get a tip. However when it comes to nails....they'll look great in that moment but within 3 days the polish wears and the gloss is absolutely gone. This has happened to me many times. Hi guys, i come to you as a cosmetologist and as a customer of lovely nails. This place just disgusted me to the core. The language barrier is up most rediculous i asked if he knew someone else and he jumpes up and say he cant service me because he dont think im going to be satisfied with him. He left everything as is cuticle remover and my feet wet slightly dried it with the towel and excused me from his chair. I said that to say the least these people are very unprofessional and its sad that we keep them open by returning but they dont have to worry about me im going to keep my money this time and find someone who wants my money. read more

I got my toes done here and everything was going well until she started to paint my nails it looked like a child painted it. She used dried nail polish and kept putting nail polish remover but it was only making it worst. I was so angry and kept asking her to use a different one but she kept going and making it look worst. Then I changed the polish for to my manicure that I wanted only to have the same thing happen again. By far this was the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever received. This was my first visit to the salon. First they told me a gel refill was twenty five then all of a sudden it turned into 35 dollars. The worst part is my nails were bubbled and even though I told him my nails were bubbled, he ignored me and wanted to rush me out the chair for other clients.
