Enjoyed my first experience at Lovely Nails. My tech was kind and receptive to my needs. I expressed that I was in a rush, so she recommended the Shea butter pedicure for $35. I felt like she did a great job! I do wish she trimmed the toenails a little bit shorter but next time I will specify. A couple of ants crawled on me at the very beginning which was offputting, but that won't stop me from returning because I know in Florida we have an incessant bug problem everywhere we go. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Money hungry! I came here with a friend, and we couldn't help but describe it as dingy. We sat down and saw no certifications posted anywhere! This should've been our sign to leave. I wanted gel extensions by using tips, but she did not recommend this practice and encouraged me to just get gel nail polish. I was kind of annoyed at this point, but just went with it. I asked for an almond shape, but each nail ended up being a different shape with random dips and edges. Did I mention that they did not clean a single tool in front of me? Say that I'm nitpicking but I'd rather see them use new tools and drill bits in front of me or at least clean them with me present. The drill bit she used on me looked so beat up, and I was deciding whether or not I should take my hand away. I showed the nail tech the design I requested (not pictured because I don't want to show such nice nails to the garbage I left with, but the colors were beige and brown), and she chose to use orange instead of brown. When I told her that I wanted the brown instead of the orange, the nail tech rolled her eyes. It wasn't my fault that she didn't choose the color I requested! Additionally, they charged an extra $5 to cut cuticles; which should be included in my manicure that ended up being almost $50. My friend got something similar to me and we ended up paying a hefty $110 for two manicures we were literally in tears about. By the way, they don't take AMEX but won't tell you this until the end. Everything about this experience was terrible, and we will never be returning. Save your money, and go literally anywhere else. read more

My regular location I go to, I was unable to get into and I found myself with some extra time on a Monday at 3:00pm to stop in to visit and try Lovely Nails. I think most people would be hesitant to try a new salon, as I was, but I walked in and was immediately seated after being asked to wash my hands. I got the $45 Lavender Spa Pedicure and absolutely loved it. The mask/hot towels, hot stones and attention to detail was 10/10. Overall my total came out to $65 which is more than I usually pay, but that's okay I enjoyed my overall service. I did have gel on my toes that had to be removed and also got gel on them again, so I'm guessing removal wa $5 and gel was $15? I'm not sure. Overall good experience! Would recommend! read more

I've been coming to Lovely nails for almost 2 years and Im glad it's still open even after losing employees after the pandemic. They are professional and clean. This nail shop is ran by the best husband and wife duo. The work by appointments but will take walk-ins if they are not busy. I love it here because they take their time. My manicure and pedicure isn't rushed and the products used are worth the price. Lilly and her husband ensures that you are happy and if for some reason you're not they will go out of their way to make it right. I love this place! Been going here since they've opened. I don't like long nails, or regular polish, so I always get bio-seaweed gel nails. They are hard like acrylic and never chip or come off, and I'm pretty rough with my hands. They have a huge selection of color, and they have a good selection of pedicures. I get normal polish on my feet, and they always match it perfectly, they time the foot massages, so you get the amount of time you paid for (unlike other salons who skip time) and everyone who works there is so sweet! I had the most amazing pedicure of my entire life on Saturday. I think it was the Mango and Mandarin one. Tom was the nail technologist who performed the pedicure and it was outstanding. Lily performed my manicure and used "bio-gel." I had never heard of biogel before. I think it's like a gel manicure except the biogel is more flexible and longer-lasting than regular gel. She was outstanding as well. The entire experience was phenomenal. The facility was clean. It had a family-oriented vibe to it - not like so many of the nail factories that I've been too. This place is beyond amazing. I'm a regular visit of Poshe nail salon which is located a little away from my home. The lady that I usually go to was on vacation. I normally wouldn't try another place but just thought to give this place a try. First of all this salon just opened 6 months back. The place is really clean and all their equipments are always sterilized. I love that! I did my dipping powder and was surprised to see atleast 50 or more color options! I was beyond ecstatic. Jack did my nails and he was impeccable in his work. The whole time he did my nails i kept moving my neck as my sitting position was just not right. After he finished with my nails which looked amazing by the way, he took a towel and laid it on my shoulder and gave me the most amazing massage!! Even without asking! He saw me struggling and that is what I would call 'customer service'. Going beyond your job to see that you care! I'm never going back to my old nail salon.
