Service is fine, but it was way too expensive for no reason. I got a simple acrylic and gel. They did a horrible job did not clean out the sides they cut the nail to not file them. My daughter's nails were a simple set and cost $100 only for a set when last time we came in it was $50 double this was way more simple than the last time so it made no sense for it to be $100. She didn't want a part of the design, the picture had, but the new tech insisted, even though she told the nail tech bunch of times she didn't want it note insisted and enjoyed it on her. I went because they had a 20% off sign, I wanted a French gel mani, first they said it would be 36 but when I got there there said it would be 45 for French, but I agreed, then I wanted my shape changed and he said that would be 10 extra so I kept my shape but got a cut down, he proceeded to complain about how much work he had to do to cut down and file my nails and reminding me of that the whole time (I barely cut them shorter same thing I always get) then once I'm about to get the white put on he tells me it's gonna be 15 extra so he's just gonna do regular French tip (on top of the extra I had to pay) instead of the French tip to have a oval shape even though I showed him a picture to begin with, so I literally left without even getting French tips and had to go somewhere else. Love it! Treat yourself! A much needed pedicure after way too many months... my technician TU was amazing! They have a wonderful menu (with the WiFi password too) of all their services. I am so glad I found this place when I moved over the area. I previously went to Venus Nails over on dale mabry and I loved them. I was willing to drive over there to get my nails after moving over here to the Lutz/Trinity area. My nail tech at Venus mentioned this salon and said they were owned by the same owner. I am so glad she referred me here. I see Hannah and she is my favorite. I haven't been disappointed one time. She takes her time and never rushes the services. If I don't like something she will fix it right away and won't charge me extra for it. My go to services are a gel fill and the signature spa pedicure with regular polish. For the gel fill - I have never been disappointed with the color or shape of my nails and like I said Hannah takes her time. She likes you to be happy with the outcome and if you aren't then she will redo. I love when nail techs take their time - it's so important to me! For the pedicure - I can't say enough about the signature spa pedicure. I just really enjoy getting my legs and feet rubbed and this pedicure allows you to get that done for a long time :) she always cuts my toe nails down to a good length and takes care of any in grown nails and I always so refreshed after. Not to mention, Hannah does regular polish on my toes and they never chip! I can go 3 weeks without coming and the polish is still on with no problem. I highly recommend this place. They offer water, wine and soda and some yummy chez mix. They also have a rewards program too. You just come in and enter your phone number and after your 5th visit you get a discount. Made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday at 3:30 via their website. I received a text that they received my request but never received a confirmation that it was accepted. I called them shortly after they opened on Sunday to confirm my 3:30 appointment and the lady on the phone confirms my appointment is set for 3:30. I arrive around 3:25 on Sunday, they have me pick my color then tell me despite me having an appointment, they do not have time for me and I need to come back another day. Horrible customer service and I will never return. Thankfully, Polish The Nail Bar in Odessa was able to get me in same day with no appointment. I absolutely love my nails! They are super cute and the lady took her time with my nails to make sure they are perfect! I did matte for the green on 6 fingers and I did not realize they would charge me an extra $10 for matte. Usually fill ins are $21 but this time it was $31. I always get regular nail polish and never gel because of how bad it is for you. However, I love this place since they always do so well but a little disappointed on how much they up charge for matte, will not be doing matte again. have been going here since July 2021. On two occasions I had my lip waxed and it caused scabbing and redness for days! I just went there on the 15th the day before my birthday. Warm soothing foot bath, followed up with a nice massage, some scrubbing, some clippage of the ol talons, and boom! Perfectly presentable hoofs....oh annnd they had some piping hot towels to wrap the ol dogs up...felt great! Next was time to tackle the hands. "Purposefully" let em grow out so that I could get the most outta the manicure. Clip clip here....clip clip there....20mins later I could have been a hand model for anything you use your hands to hold....they did a great job! I took my niece in for her birthday to get her nails painted and the lady whose name was Ai started fighting with me over the color and then finally let us change the color because it wasn't as advertised on the nail color wheel thing, she was extremely rude and rushed us the whole time. It was an unenjoyable experience for my eight-year-old nieces birthday. I will not refer anyone to this business and will never be going back here again. I wish I could give this place zero stars! The absolute worst experience of all time. I've been getting my nails done for 7+ years now and this definitely is the worst salon I've ever been too. I went there for the first time since it is new and try and find a fitting new salon conveniently located from my work place. I literally wish I never stepped foot in here. The first visit was OK simply because it was extremely time consuming and the service was mediocre. I ended up returning prior to it even being two weeks because my nails literally cracked in half. Of course she tried to convince me it was my fault. I work in an office and don't do any heavy lifting or anything that requires excessive physical movement. I let them fix it, fine. Not even 3 days later another one of my nail literally cracks in half! These are two of my very own cracked nails, bleeding. This is a HUGE health concern. I come back again(wasting more of my time and concerned about my nail). They tell me they can't take off the acrylic for this one either; he then proceeds to put a gel coat On it??????? How is this a solution? I had to tell him if he cannot remove it he needs to at least put more acrylic to maintain it while it grows, gel coat will not fix my entirely cracked nail! I am now upset and concerned I may get some kind of infection. ON TOP OF IT ALL, I am having a personal conversation and the tech has the audacity to tell me something about me saying the F bomb. This is a free country I can say whatever I want in my personal conversation. He was literally just talking in his language to someone else where we all know he was talking nasty about me like they do to all customers right in front of their faces. The manager comes to tell me it's been over a month and that's why my nails are cracking luckily I had my receipt it hasn't been a month and definitely not even two weeks since the first incident had occurred. Now I'm being called a liar. The issue here is now more than just crappy service but the fact that my a couple of my nails are now completely cracked for God knows how long and they can't do anything about it. STAY AWAY!!! They are rude, don't take responsibility for their mistakes and not safe. For their sake, I hope my nails grow and heal without any issues. read more
