I want to give this location a zero but I don't have the option. Not only was the staff rude but they also belittled me and gave me little to no help when I was in the store. In no way shape or form am I saying anything bad about the workers, they are very knowledgable and comfortable there, however... it became annoying getting asked if I wanted to see demonstrations of everything we stopped and looked at, or the fact that when I did choose something the girl would come back with something that she thought was better, and of course more expensive! I came in to purchase a new massager after my old one had finally died after 5 years of using it for aches and pains. I didnt feel smothered by staff and there was one who was really helpful in showing me the line of massagers and I went with the exact same one I had only this time it was cordless and rechargeable which was awesome since the corded one was terrible because it got tangled so bad I couldnt undo the knots and the staffer that helped me even told me that many massagers and vibrators (for those who use sexual aids) that ran on batteries burned the device out faster versus rechargeable where it lasts longer. It's good when you are helped by staff that have knowledge about current and fast selling products. She even took the time to show and demonstrate how many of the massagers work which is helpful for those who are buying their first one or a veteran who knows what they want in a massager for personal use. Went in to purchase a few beginner toys for my 17 year old daughter (who is a virgin but has told me she is getting more curious as she has a boyfriend now), I asked if she could come in and that I would be shopping wither her and the woman at the counter said no, which ticked me off. But whatever, my daughter went to the car and I went in. I told another woman who worked there that I was interested in something small and nothing too intimidating.
