Located in a strip mall next to a vape shop and a Subway. Parking right out front but it is a little limited. Both staff were friendly but one was clearly more friendly and less judgmental. The one staff member who made recommendations seemed annoyed when I didn't like what she liked. She said she was 23 years old though and had only worked there for eight months so I assumed maybe she did not have a lot of customer service experience. Prices were what you could expect. Nothing cheap but not terrible either. You can find cheaper stuff online but you really need to know what you want. It was the day before Valentine's Day I dropped about $400. It wasn't until after I cashed out that I saw if you signed up for their rewards program they give you 20% off. So I asked my cashier why she didn't inform me of this while I was checking out... That would've been good customer service and would've saved me some money and I would've been a lot happier. I was satisfied with my purchase but finding out that I could've saved some money and she didn't say anything is what really set me off. The response was "oh I thought you were a rewards member already "...... what?! We never went over the rewards program...??? Send was no question of hey do you want to sign up for the rewards program? And then she responds again with "I hope we can still be friends" wtf Who responds like that? I was completely happy with my purchase until I found out about the rewards program and her snotty responses is what turned my mood If I had only dropped about $60 I wouldn't have minded at all but the fact that I dropped $400 and those were her responses...
