OMG! This is my new best carpet company. I had new carpet installed and within a year a dirt streak appeared in the high traffic area. My regular carpet cleaner came out and could not get it out. They said it was ground in and could not be cleaned. I lived with that damn dirt streak for two more years and was just about to replace the carpet when Love's cleaned my tenant's carpet which was just as bad and it came out like new. We got new carpeting at our apartment, but it was put down over old padding. I tried to clean a couple little spots with some dish soap, but the dirt came up from the pad and stained the carpet. (I also rented a carpet shampooer, which made it worse.) However, Love's Dry Carpet Cleaning quickly removed these stains, and they have not come back! Justin was polite and professional. I am allergic to some chemicals, although I was not bothered at all when Justin was working on the carpet. I didn't smell anything! (They have been having a little trouble with their website. It was just ok. The customer service was friendly and they were punctual. We had them clean our carpets in a house we just bought. The edges are a gross black/brown while the center of the carpet is kind of clean. Once they cleaned it, it looks the same. Stains didn't budge either. I'm glad the carpets are "clean" but certainly didn't remove stains or dinginess on carpet. Bummer. Also, carpet was "crunchy" to the touch when it dried. Updated review: Joel left the company and they hired a new tech to replace him. Joel came to clean my carpets about 6 times in the last 3-4 years. He always charged me the same amount $100 for living room, 1 master and 2 bedrooms. We didn't move any furniture or beds. So the space to actually clean is very small in square footage when you do the math. I called to schedule my annual New Years cleaning and after review of what to cover with the new tech he said, per his boss they can't honor the $100 rate. I could only get the living room and master bedroom (and he'd throw in the stairs). I am not thrilled with how that happened and how they threw Joel under the bus by stating, "He didn't offer proper pricing to a lot of customers"! My thing is, honor the pricing of your current on-going customers and/or after the cleaning let them know effective (date) the prices are changing. Don't take a loyal customer and notify me the day of the appt. the prices are no longer honored. The service was just ok, I still preferred Joel! read more

After a couple of not so good experiences with carpet cleaners, I am happy to have found Loves. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I don't remember the name of who answered the phone but they were VERY polite and had a very fast turn over. Joel was who came to my house (just two days before Thanksgiving!). He right on time, he was very polite and he was professional. In regards to the cleaning, I couldn't be more happy. A couple of times through the process I popped my head around the corner and sure enough, Joel looked like he was being very efficient. The finished product looked great, it smelled good, and I was 110% satisfied. Joel was even kind enough to give us a few tips and tricks to increase the longevity of the hard work he put in. We are very happy with how our carpets came out with Love's. My husband did not think our carpet could look clean. The carpet is around 15 years old and not in the best shape. He was very surprised and I was very happy with the outcome. It's been a week and it still looks great. The last few times we've got the carpet cleaned, we've used steam cleaning. Had the entire house done a few weeks ago. Very happy with the process and service. I asked some questions because our main concern was chemicals with a new baby coming soon. We were provided all the information we needed to research and feel safe with how our carpets would be cleaned. We recently moved and the past owners had a cat, so we wanted a fresh start before the baby is floor bound. I booked Loves after reading reviews on Yelp and talking to Kelly the owner. First of all, he gave me excellent instructions over the phone on how to get wax out of carpet. It worked great! Other companies were a bit cheaper, but after speaking with Kelly, I thought it was worth the extra amount of money. And was I right! Kelly and Gordon came to clean the carpets and did an amazing job. My carpets look better than when we moved in. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They were also terrific with our dog. I am very impressed with this method of cleaning that does not soak the pad under the carpet and only uses a few gallons of water instead of a few hundred gallons. There is no recurrence of stains since there is no wicking up from the pad. The guy who came to do the job was efficient and friendly and very nice. We just had our carpets and upholstery cleaned today and it looks amazing! We were referred to Love's through our daughter's preschool, who also uses the services. Marcus did such a fantastic job! He is a very hard worker and did his best to get the marker/crayon/food stains out! He was able to get spots out that we were convinced were permanent! I wasn't quite sure what to expect with professional tile and carpet cleaning in general. This was a big job for them as our house is mostly carpet; ~900+ sq ft, so it took a little longer than anticipated. For us the carpet remained damp for a couple hours, some spots even longer. Not completely dry cleaning, but definitely no water soaking. Carpets appear nice and clean and I'm glad we had it done. My only complaint is that the machine left lots of scuff marks on the base boards throughout our house, and they are unfortunately white. read more
