Well, I walked in and all the workers were right by the door around the desk talking. I smiled, and everyone just glanced over at me and continued to chat. I walked around a bit, and nobody offered any assistance. I walked up to the counter to ask whether or not, they had any bathroom vanities that were sold as a set with the countertop included a man behind the counter, very plainly and bluntly says to me. "no. " I looked around for about a minute more and decided to leave. I have been to the Granite Expo in Fairfield and their Customer Service is phenomenal. The inside of the building is extremely clean and well kept at the Fairfield location; total opposite of this place. I tried to go to the Granite Expo Vacaville for the first time today because it's closer to where I live. I can now say Fairfield is well worth the drive. Customer Service here is just really horrible and theres substantially less choices then their granite expo in Fairfield. read more

We made a large purchase from Granite Expo 12 years ago. Part of the purchase was two faucets. One year after installation one of the faucets failed. Granite Expo quickly replaced it under the lifetime warranty. Now another has failed and I'm told I need to contact the manufacture. I see your policy has changed and the onus is now on the customer to resolve the issue. Typical of businesses today. read more

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Granite Expo. We sent in our countertop and backsplash layout, received a quote, and paid for both materials and labor. Without any notice, installers showed up on a Saturday to make templates, no call ahead, no appointment confirmation. When no one answered the door, they proceeded to walk around our front yard and look over the fence, which we caught on camera. After confirming with Granite Expo that the crew was indeed theirs, we had my uncle come open the house so they could take measurements. Unfortunately, the installer spoke no English and kept telling my uncle that everything we wanted was "extra." Later, the sales rep called to tell us we couldn't have the seam placed behind our sink. I requested that they come back out on the scheduled date so we could review everything in person. Then, Monday morning, I received a call saying the job was "too difficult" and they wouldn't be able to do it. There's nothing complex about our project, it's a standard countertop installation with an island, and the backsplash is the same material as the counters. The installer simply didn't want to take responsibility for ensuring the backsplash was measured and cut correctly. This is the only installer that granite expo has, so they refunded our money. Unfortunately now we have to start this process all over again and find a new installer and material as I will not be purchasing my slabs from them after this experience. read more

Came by here to get a large vanity and sink hoping and praying that their prices were more reasonable than Home Depot, Lowes, and everywhere else I had tried recently. I went in thinking I was going to have to order one and wait at least a week, but instead I walked out 20 mins later with one ready to go. Not only were the prices a solid 25+ percent cheaper than everywhere else I had been, and that they had nearly a dozen different ones in stock to choose from, but they also allowed me to pay for it and pick it up a week later when I was ready for it. The customer service reps did stay at the counter, but once I asked for help, the lady that I spoke to was attentive and helpful for the rest of my shopping trip. read more

All I can say is if you deal with these guys make sure you have a licensed Contractor with you in the event there are some issues with your items. Their staff are very multilingual in some type of Asian and Spanish so if you speak those languages, that's great. However, if you will be picking up your own items, make sure your contractor is with you to assist with transport of your items, their loading process needs some attention to detail and staff training. read more

I walked in to inquire about a kitchen remodel and the employees made it seem like it was an inconvenience for them. About 5 people behind the counter pretty much doing nothing (one girl scrolling on TikTok while a guy was online shopping) and not one of them were eager to assist me. I did end up sitting down with a young lady to plan out my kitchen but you could definitely tell she did not want to be there and she was ready to get back to her phone. I would give these people a negative rating. The showed up to do counter tops and blocked my wife in the driveway and wouldn't let her move her car either because they thought they wouldn't leave any powder or debris from their cutting, or the fact that their workers didn't speak a lick of English. They ended up leaving residue all over my car. When we end to bring it to their attention they denied, shocker. There is no way that there is a coat all over every inch of my car that is identical to the counter tops they installed. I'm going to call tomorrow and see what they can do. I have no pictures to post because they never delivered my cabinets. I confirmed with Francisco that my cabinets would be delivered to my house but when I called the location they said I needed to pick them up if they weren't installing them. This is the first I'm hearing this. I spoke to the owner and he has the worst customer service I have ever received. He basically called me a liar. He refused to make this right and is leaving me to figure things out. I have never in my life been treated this poorly by a business I supported. Now I have to pay even more money to get the cabinets here. I am livid. I would not recommend doing business here. Unless you are planning on picking up your own cabinets. Lesson learned. I should have stuck with the big box company at least they deliver and make sure the customer is taken care of. read more

We spent a lot of time on two occasions at the Granite Expo. Our kitchen cabinet painter referred us to them after he himself had a positive experience with them. Although, we ultimately have not chosen to replace our kitchen counters and island top at this time, we appreciate all of the time and attention given to us by both Chelsea and Alex. Our youngest came with and she made friends with all the employees and wanted to stay! There was one other gentleman at the counter who assisted us, but we did not get his name. We fell in love with a quartzite called Aquarella. Unfortunately, the large island we have would require a size of slab that they will no longer deliver in this type of stone, since it broke during transport, they said. We appreciate their honesty. We are not looking for typical marble looking quartz and the blue and beige in this stone was very unique. We tried looks subbing the island piece for something else, but we decided to wait until they have something in stock that will cover the counters and island alike. In the future, when we are ready to replace counter tops and can find the look we are going for, which is not the typical marble-looking quartz, we plan to return to the Granite Expo. read more

Wow, lots of bad reviews but that wasn't my experience. I bight several slabs of quartz from them at a great price and had my contractor install. I also went back for a kitchen faucet. I had some clearance issues and needed a particular style that was hard to find. Adriana at the front desk was very helpful and went through catalogs with me until I found the one that would work. Not sure why all the bad reviews for customer service, she was pleasant and helpful and I'll be back for more kitchen and bath as my renovation project is not complete yet. Thanks Adriana! read more

1. Vivian was awesome took very well care of my husband and I with answering our questions and guiding us through the process. With the purchase of cabinets, quartz countertops, and instillation we were thrilled to get the process started. 2. Instillation day - everything ran smoothly the individuals were a pleasure to work with. The ONLY reason I did not give this 4-5stars is because the lack of execution and materials that they did not have to finish the job accurately. What do I mean? We asked to have a complete quartz back splash that looks smooth and seamless. Unfortunately, they cut the quartz right in the middle so you can see a line, which is very obvious. The trim on the top of our cabinets were cut and not place with one piece. You can clearly see the cuts in our cabinets. Overall, the beginning experience was AWESOME! But the end result was such a DISAPPOINTMENT! You can't see the mistakes in this image but in person they are visible. read more

We purchased our quartz granite top 3 weeks before we were to have it installed. The day our contractor went to pick it up. They had broken our slab in half. They told us it would be in within the week. So we proceeded with installing everything else. However, it's been a month and we still have a incomplete kitchen. They have been terrible with giving us updates. Every week they say it'll be here by Saturday and they never follow up. Horrible customer service! read more

YIKES! BEWARE!! We purchased counters and cabinets through them, and had their company install it all. The installers rushed a scheduled two day install for one day and worked till 8 o'clock pm and started being sloppy. They pored goof off all over the counters to remove adhesive and poisoned my dog from the fumes the next day and they didn't use a fan or air the room out. Our vet said we needed to take her UC Davis it was critical, They did pay for the three trips of vet bills, HOWEVER, they then said they have to charge me $250 more after the fact for materials- Just to get some money back from us. We took measurements and disputed it AGAIN in person two more times! This was an absolute nightmare and I had to consult with an attorney. The laborers were beyond sloppy, were not able to speak English to communicate, showed up with the wrong material and poisoned my dog. The office is also very hard to work with, please hire a independent contractor instead of using them. Product was okay but the service was the beyond horrific. read more

After three trips to Sacramento to a discount Granite company, I found Granite Expo on Cotting Lane in my home town Vacaville. There was no more searching for matching pieces or difficulty understanding how the hell the process works. Chelsea got my kitchen measurements and immediately got to work. Producing quotes for various options and allowing us access to view pieces in the warehouse, we finally decided on the Calacutta quartz. Chelsea bent over backwards to ensure we had a positive experience. She was not only super helpful but I felt she had an interest in making sure our project was a success. I have already referred one friend to the Granite Expo and told them to ask for Chelsea. The money we would have saved @ the other place would have been nice but they could not accommodate our modest needs. It was actually enjoyable shopping at this location and I got a great deal on a beautiful product. Excellent attentive customer service and can't wait to see our counters installed! read more

I called to get a quote for my backyard outside kitchen and was told that I had to measure the existing granite. When I explained that this is a new installation and the island has just been built, he told me that I still needed to measure the area and let them know. He kept telling me that he needed to know where the cutouts were for the cabinets. Hmmm, I explained multiple times that our outdoor kitchen has stucco and only cutout for sink and bbq. Racism.... My wife and I go in to look at counter tops and tile. My wife is black and I am white. My wife approaches the counter and askes the white receptionist how much the tile is. The receptionist says "that's expensive." My wife says how much is it? " The receptionist responds "you picked the most expensive one" and my wife has this look on her face of just dissapointment and then sadness. Then walks away. The tone the receptionist used was rude and condescending. I catch up to my wife and say we don't need to buy anything here.
