It's 7:34 AM the hours on the door say that they open from 7 AM to 9 PM. This store is never open…read moreat 7 AM. The lights will be on people will be in there walking around with the doors locked. I called this morning and they answered the phone and said they would not be open until noon and then hung up in my face when I asked for the number to corporate. No sign on the door or nothing saying that they're not gonna open until noon. I waited outside those doors for 30 minutes waiting for them to open. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional, and I believe illegal in the state of Missouri.

I like that they carry a variety of local meats & cheeses (Stonies and Oberle). Stopped by yesterday, picked up some Bison Summer Sausage by Stonies. Turns out the sell by date was JULY 19, 2018!! That's 5 months ago! Unfortunately, we finished it before we noticed the date and fortunately, no one got sick. Today I returned to let the store know of this problem and I've never been treated so poorly!. I also found a lot of other Stonies meat products in their cooler with expired dates. The first gal was smart-mouthed and said "what am I supposed to, you ate it!". She said someone else was responsible for the inventory, and led on it was another store employee. She found a chunky arrogant long haired blond employee and she took the attitude to a whole another level! She claims (while yelling at me) they don't do the inventory, Stonies does and Phillips 66 carries no responsibility what so ever for selling expired food - it was my responsibility to check the dates, not theirs! When I asked for a phone number for the store manager because obviously she didn't give a rats axx, she screamed that the number is on the receipt (it's not). When I asked her again for it, she deliberately ran it off so fast I had to ask twice to repeat it so I could write it down. The blond then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave right then and yelled "don't ever come back, we don't need your business!" I've never been treated like this in a store ever! Such horrible customer service!! I was doing them a favor by letting them know that they are selling multiple meat products from Stonies that had expired 5 months ago and this is the thanks I get?? Trust me, I will be calling the manager. I then called Stonies and due to the holiday, the manager was out but I explained the situation to the gal who answered the phone who said she was a manager and she took my concerns seriously and took down my name and number and said the higher up manager would call me later this week. The Stonies manager told me she's pretty sure Phillips 66 employees do the inventory, not them. From here on out, I will go out of my way to avoid making any purchases at this Phillips 66, gas or otherwise. They don't deserve anyone's business when they so poorly treat their customers and sell expired product with no regard for their customer's health!
