The inside is always kept clean and the staff is super nice. Seriously, their staff is super friendly. There have been multiple occasions where they have gone out of their way to help me. Gate's selection of snacks is top notch as well. I find that they carry a lot more options than Wawa down the road. Along with their greater selection of snacks, they offer a lot more hot or made-to-order options as well. They are always restocking things too, so you will most likely find what you are looking for. While I don't own a car in Gainesville, this is a gas station and has pumps, not just food! Haven't used the bathrooms, but I'd guess they are clean. One of the main reasons I've started coming here more often (aside from their awesome food selection) is their frozen yogurt. This particular Gate offers frozen yogurt. You don't pay by the weight either. They offer small cups for customers to fill up with as much froyo they can fit. There are about 6 flavors to choose from, although 2 of them haven't been available when I've come. Along with the frozen yogurt, there is a toppings bar. While the toppings selection isn't huge, it is sufficient and provides most of what you would need. Toppings include a small variety of chocolate candies, cookies, sour gummies, cereals, boba, and drizzles. I will also note the toppings bar has always been very clean each time I've visited. The frozen yogurt is about $5 for a cup. All the cups are the same size. I absolutely love coming in here to get froyo as there isn't any close to campus. Some other things I thoroughly enjoy from Gate are their food options. My favorite being their cookies, which come in a pack of two. The cookies are baked fresh daily and taste amazing. I've never had a gas station cookie that wowed me this much. I highly recommend the chocolate chip, but the white chocolate macadamia is good too. Sometimes if they are out a particular flavor, you can ask the desk and the kitchen might be able to help you out! On one occasion I was able to get my hands on freshly baked chocolate chip cookies just by asking if anymore were available. This is also an example of how great their staff is!! This is a lengthy review for a gas station, but I love Gate! They offer an awesome selection of snacks and drinks you cannot find at Wawa or Publix. They even have pints of BlueBell ice cream available. While the frozen yogurt is undoubtedly one of the reasons I come here. I would stop by to enjoy their cookies ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. The gloved cashier is nice and takes my money for the drink. I snap pics all over and another worker asks me why. I tell him it is for Yelp and he smiles and says that he hopes it makes more customers come in. I told him that that's the idea, and walked back out to my car. I watxhed them build this place from scratch, and it is rlas roomy as it is impressive. Drinks, donuts, coffee, frozen yogurt, and more! Check this place out while it is still sparkling! I took a road trip down to Gainesville and my car got pretty dirty along the way. I normally take…read moremy car about once a week to my local car wash, as I know they maintain their equipment and it will look nice when I get done. I am reticent to drive into a random car wash without doing some due diligence. My son told me this was the best one in Gainesville, so this was where I went. The staff I encountered were extremely friendly. You drive through the car wash and when you're done, they have parking spots where you can park your car and vacuum inside. They have spray bottles for cleaning windows and seating surfaces along with microfiber towels. For $30, I felt it was a fantastic value.

One thing I really like about Caliber that they offer discounts periodically if you register your number with them. The past week the discount was $5 off all washes, so of course I decided to go with the Graphene which is the top tier wash. I do like the Graphene when my car is desperate need of TLC because it really makes the car have that brand new look. One thing I have an issue with at this car wash is that they never have enough cloth towels at the stations. I find myself wandering over to other stations to grab a cloth for cleaning my windows etc. Especially now since it's the spring clean season and time of the year where more people are on the road - I wish they would be more attentive to the stations. Even the cleansers were low yesterday which I did mention to someone and they seem to restock the stations later on. Overall, I do think it's in a great location and the wash prices are pretty reasonable for each tier.

One note to management: the bathrooms really need more attention. They should be checked and cleaned much more frequently--honestly, I think they should be looked at at least every hour. Keeping the bathrooms clean makes such a difference in the overall shopping experience. Overall, a productive trip and we got everything we needed to get her ready for another year at college! I had to laugh at some of the displays- you know you're in a college town when you see things like this!

We were very used to BJs Wholesale before we moved here. Sam's Club is basically the same, but…read moresince it is the only wholesale club in Gainesville, it's also usually crowded, so we almost always use their curbside service rather than going in. Saying that, not sure if it is representative of the current times, but they have strangely run out of some staples for days on end (fresh chicken breast/tenderloins, some milk, heavy cream, salads) which seems odd. To be fair, they are in stock about 85-90% of the time, but when they aren't they're usually not available for over a week. The curbside service is usually good, but have had times where not everything was included in my order and didn't notice until I got home. Also, a recent bad experience where rotisserie chicken didn't come out with my other items (including frozen/refrigerated) and was told they're going to have them in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, no chicken, and the guy who was handling my curbside order went on break! I had to bring all my frozen/refrigerated items inside to customer service to return them as they were just sitting in my car as we waited for the chicken to come out. They should have never brought out my order if it was not complete. If you use their app and go inside, unfortunately the app does NOT tell you were things are located. I wish they had this capability, but admittedly they move stuff around A LOT while some stuff is consistently located, not everything is. Usually the folks inside can direct you to where things should be, but there's never a guarantee. Pro tips for curbside service: - Make sure you indicate you are "on your way" to the store before you get there. This will help get you order to your car faster once you do arrive. - Check your order before they leave to make sure you got everything! - Do not let them bring out a partial order and tell you they'll be back with the rest. Make sure they give you everything at once. Pro tips for shopping in the store: - Use Scan & Go in the app to scan and pay for all your items. It's MUCH faster than if you wait in line to pay.
