I told the employee I had a free birthday reward and asked if there were any restrictions. She let me know I could order any drink in any size, which was a nice surprise. Although there's a menu at the drive thru, I found the app much easier to browse. I decided on the Iced Island Bear, which normally comes with 2% milk, but I substituted coconut milk instead. It's scorching hot outside, so iced is the way to go. I got medium instead of large because sometimes large is just too much. My drink was ready quickly. At first, I was a little disappointed with the presentation because it didn't look like the photo in the app. I probably should have added whipped cream, but once I took my first sip, I was completely satisfied. It was delicious, and I'm happy with my choice. I like that Biggby has a rewards program. I also receive Biggby coupons in the mail pretty often, which is another nice perk. Their menu has plenty of drinks, so I'll probably be back to sample more options.

And he said the menu will expand again soon. Since I was by myself and he had some time, he sat down and we chatted for awhile. The seating at both restaurants, and you can call them that now since they do not just sell drinks anymore, has been greatly expanded both indoors and outside. He also told me they are working on opening a Plainfield location.
