My husband informed him he was buying something, then gave him some helpful advice on Customer service attitude/ business success. Hope he listens because we left and won't be returning. I stopped at this gas station on 5/18/24 to gas up while on a road trip. I was happy to see that…read morethere was plenty of fresh soapy water to wash my windshield with. However, I was surprised when I went inside to use the restroom to find the door to the women's bathroom blocked open with the garbage can. I assumed that was because perhaps they were getting ready to mop the floors. I asked the attendant if it was OK if I used the women's bathroom, and explained that it was blocked open. She responded, "It's public bathroom and people don't know how to turn the water off. The bathroom has flooded twice already." I assumed it was a public bathroom as I've never been in a gas station to date that has not had one. I was puzzled by this asinine strategy as it aims to punish all of their female customers in response to something that has been an issue with a couple of them. If you have an issue with customers leaving the water on, there's a simple fix that doesn't require you to publicly humiliate all of us by taking away a sense of privacy while using your bathrooms. Install motion detected faucets. That's what most gas stations do. A person should be able to use a gas station bathroom and have some semblance of privacy. Especially given this gas station charges $.20 more per gallon than any place else in town. The owner/manager of this business needs to develop better problem-solving skills.

They keep hot fast food at the ready. My favorite part about this place is the places around it. There are hotels, pizza parlors/ pub, chinese food, mexican, taco bell, KFC, subway, McDonald's, Burger King and Starbuck's. This truck stop also has a medium size selection of wine and local micro brew beers. The ONLY downer is no drivers lounge. But I still would recomend this place to everyone.
