Seems my husband loves to stop at Loves truck stops. Have not had one bad experience yet.

I do love that Love's Travel Stop has small dog parks, but this location lacks a water station for the dogs! It's Nevada! It gets hot! How on earth do you have a dog area and not have water for them? Also, no poop bags. They had the dispenser, but both the Large & Small Dog areas were empty. Good thing we always bring our own bags with us to clean up. So points for having the dog area, but if you have a dog area, please at least have a water supply, poop bags, and a container for the bags. read more

I normally wouldn't write a review for a gas station, but this one is special. Not only do they have nice, large bathrooms, a huge selection of food, snacks and drinks, but they have an enclosed dog park. I travel through Winnemucca frequently with my dog and this has been a game changer. I cant give the 5th star because it isn't exactly maintained well, there is always dog poop all over the place so you have to watch your step. They don't provide poop bags (probably because people probably steal more than they need), but they should have maintenance or someone regularly keeping it clean. The people using the facility SHOULD be cleaning up after their dog, but unfortunately they aren't, so Love's should do something about keeping it cleaner. read more

Pulled into the service center and it took 2 hours to patch a tire on semi trailer.. can't imagine what it would have taken for road side.

Another successful stop at Loves Travel Stop and another example of "Clean places and friendly faces"...very nice convenient location right off I80 that has very easy off/on access to the freeway. Inside immediately greeted with a smile and a "welcome to Loves"...not your typical greeting at a roadside truck stop. Inside the selection is very vast and you can pretty much get anything you want for your road trip. The restrooms are absolutely spotless and a very welcome to a road traveler. Plus another big plus is the dog relief area with plenty of room for your pets to stretch their legs as well. One thing I will say is if your a pet owner clean up after your pet!! It's also not fair to make the employees clean up your pet mess. Not very cool others peoples pets to navigate around your lack of respect. But outside of that this is a great stop in location to make your trip all that much better. read more

OMG...PLEASE, if your going to have dog park, clean and empty the trash daily! This is our third stop there and the dog area is a MESS! HUMAN restroom could use some clean up..rating them 3. Other facilities could use general refreshing. This stop was 6am....LOVE'S You can do better! read more

My tiny van got stuck when I stopped for gas last night. It wouldn't shift out of park and I was stuck at the pump. While waiting for the engine to cool Adele came to my rescue. I couldn't make a voice call to the 24/7 Ford help line and she let me use her phone to call for a tow and let me know that it would be okay if I wasn't able to move. When the engine cooled I was able to get my hand in there and check the shift cable bushing, which was loose, and push it back in place. I was then able to shift and move the car away from the pump into a parking spot where I could wait for the tow truck in the morning. I had a good night's sleep and was met this morning by a spotless restroom and delicious hot coffee! Thank you Love's and Adele! read more

This location is brand new! The bathrooms and store are clean and definitely nicer than a lot of the places you could stop while driving through Nevada. The gas is competitively priced and it's easy to get on and off the freeway. read more

On my way to Chicago I had to stop for gas. My two dogs were with me. THEY HAVE A DOG PARK! It's an "off leash" fully enclosed area. I didn't see if there was a hose or anything for water because I had water and food for them anyway. When I went into the store, I noticed how clean it was and the staff was very helpful. They have fresh fruits and veggies in plastic cups, which I appreciated rather than just candy. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. If ever you find yourself going down I80 and need gas or are traveling with your fur baby, stop in. read more

Absolutely disgusting parking lot (stench of sewage and more gnats than I've ever witnessed in my life), the store was filthy (weird liquid oozing from one of condiment areas), doors were propped open and it was hot and stuffy, and the bathrooms don't even get me started. I refused to use them but my husband was not so fortunate to be able to hold out for another stop. Avoid this place like the plague. I'm not convinced I wasn't exposed to it there. Nasty!! P.S. a small hoard of gnats made it into our car off of our clothes and having the doors briefly open. we've been swatting and killing them for the last hour. read more

The inside restrooms are perfect they have fully closed doors like a personal bathroom. Obviously they have all the convenient store needs there's a casino in there if that's your thing and a Carl's junior on the side plus plenty of pumps all around. The restrooms were very clean. read more

Love the dog park! All in one travel stop. Their app is very helpful to map out the next stop!

Nice bathrooms, that's about it though. Showed up to go put money on a pump, literally NOBODY was there for a solid 2 minutes to help and put money on the pump. The pump took 15 minutes maybe even 20 to fill up my truck, which when I went in an asked the lady's told me the filters were iffy on these pumps after the same lady helped me to put money on it. When I walked in and asked about it the girls who worked there were just standing next to eachother talking. When I went to use the bathroom in this gas station, the person who was "cleaning" the bathroom on the phone, talking about god knows what, and right as I was actually getting helped one of the girls was getting bitched out from someone else for poor service. These two girls just seemed to be gossiping and not even helping. Such poor customer service, it least from these two. Guess you should actually DO your job instead of just STANDING there. Talk about a waste of time and money! Never EVER coming here again. Hope those two girls who were in there are fired soon. read more
