That's what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE, something I'm glad still exists in some places. It felt like they did something with adjusting my brakes, too, in their total inspection process. They didn't say anything about this or charge me, but I'm pretty sure my brakes are feeling better, too. Good people!

Wednesday at 8:30 I was sent a text that said my car was being inspected. Attached a pic of our timely communication in photos. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and there were even videos to show what was happening with my cars brakes and why they needed replacing. I mean, never have I received a report like this. The quote followed soon after. So easy to read again and all I had to do was approve or deny the service, sign and the work could begin. I finally went in under the guise of getting all this help, new programs to help me get into a better payment, etc. I hate having my time wasted and wasting other people's time. I told them from the start there was no point in coming in but they push and push and push and promise that they have all these incentives one could qualify for in order to get top dollar for my trade (on top of being a GM Legacy potential deal as my dad worked for GM). I bought this car through a customer service repair associate (after a previous terrible experience). Previously, I was able to use my warranties as down payments. Now, Stoops has a new owner and because it isn't the "old Stoops" I could only get cash back after my trade in. I couldn't use that same cash back toward a down payment meaning my payment would still be sky high. This is ridiculous and I am highly upset. I was told my credit was fine and I could be approved but there was nothing they could do about keeping me at a better (or even the same) payment. I also had an email about $7/down. Also false advertising that they like to hit you with in order to get you inside and waste your time.

Last Monday a service tech was advising the customer that they will need new tires. She knew nothing about the nuances of the choices of ride vs wear & performance and the pricing of each. This tech explained the choices very clearly, covering most of the information I had previously learned from the Consumer Reports articles on buying tires. Information that will enhance her purchase decision and help her avoid buyer's remorse. I was pleased to see that interaction. That is the level of service I have come to expect at my Toyota Dealership.

Antique cars are displayed. Also award winning trophies from over a decade of achievements by Toyota Corp. My car was ready to roll out with everything inspected and explained within 45 minutes. Wowzers! No charge as it is as covered under warranty. If I lived in Muncie, IN area this would be my dealership.

My Bronco was not only delivered ahead of schedule, but they honored my A plan and treated me like I was part of their family. I worked with Jeff Bowen, and can't recommend him enough! I've never owned a brand new car, and Jeff made this process so smooth and seamless. He took the time to show me around the new Bronco, helped me with accessory shopping, and made sure I left with no question unanswered. I can't recommend Don Hinds, and Jeff Bowen, strongly enough. While I have no desire to sell/trade my new car, I look forward to working with this company and Jeff in the future!

We had a great experience purchasing our Bronco from this dealership. Scott did an excellent job…read morethroughout the sales process. This is our second Bronco in three years, and we have intentionally tried to remain loyal to this dealership for both purchases and service. Unfortunately, our experience with the service department after the purchase has been extremely frustrating. After purchasing a $50,000+ Bronco and putting $11,000 down, we wanted to add illuminated Bronco grille lettering and LED grille lights. We paid the dealership for the installation and had them order the illuminated lettering. We dropped the Bronco off for the installation, only to pick it up and discover they had completely forgotten to install the illuminated lettering. We had to bring it back the following week. When they installed the lettering, they decided on their own to wire it to an AUX switch instead of the running lights that the other lights were connected to. Nobody asked us how we wanted it configured. When we asked them to change it, we were initially told we would have to pay additional money. After getting the Bronco home, we noticed the grille had been chipped and cracked around the areas where the lights were installed. The dealership took photos and eventually agreed to replace the grille. We brought it back again the following week, only to be told that the replacement grille wasn't painted and the repair would have to wait another week. We again asked them to correct the wiring, and were initially told we would still be charged. After speaking with our original salesman, Scott, they eventually agreed to correct the wiring at no charge. Unfortunately, when we picked the Bronco up, the replacement grille had brown/discolored areas in the paint, scratches, other imperfections, and areas where it does not sit flush with the body. The original grille did not have these issues. Photos are attached to show the condition of the replacement grille. What should have been a simple accessory installation has turned into roughly a month of making a trip to the dealership almost every week. We paid for the original installation, and we've repeatedly had to return a $50,000+ vehicle to address mistakes, damage, and now problems with the replacement. As of posting this review, we are still waiting to hear back from the dealership regarding the latest paint and fitment issues. I want to be fair and point out that Scott has been great, both during the sales process and in helping us get the wiring issue addressed. My frustration is primarily with the service department and the lack of quality control throughout this process. Mistakes happen, but I expect mistakes to be properly corrected and the vehicle to be inspected before it is returned to the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. For a dealership we've purchased two Broncos from in three years and wanted to remain loyal to, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
