My wife and my new Denali after Will the owner of Stormstrike helped us narrow down our decision with a quality inspection.

Will the owner of Stormstrike has always taken great care of us. He travels when you need him too for a reasonable price and has a no fix no pay matra that saves his customers a bunch of money. Recently my wife and I bought a new vehicle and we were down to two that were very close favorites. Will came out and inspected the vehicles for a reasonable price and helped us make an informed decision. Highly recommend him.

DONT SEND YOUR CARS TO HIM!…read more He does great work. He really does. But his customer service sucks. We sent someone to him because he does good work AND gives payment options. So the people I sent his way, needed to hold back one more week for the last payment. And yes, he is upset and I get it. But the fact that he didn't message them, and instead start sending me nasty messages. [ again, not my car he fixed, and not me that made a payment arrangement, becuase again, this wasent me or my car that went to him. All I did was send someone his way ] So when he started sending me nasty messages, I snapped back at him and reminded him that I'm not the one he needs to be messaging me. But to him, HE assumes if you send someone his way, he HOLDS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PAYMENTS! So after I snapped back at him, and he started making threats to me. [ again, not once has he messaged these other people about their agreement. Instead he comes to me! What a joke. Travis Blockson Trav Blockson Heres the owner ^^ So again, if you send someone his way, just remember, YOU are responsible for THEIR agreement. I'm not a business owner or anything but I thought it was between the customer and the owner, and between the Guy who is recommending people to him and the owner about someone else's payment. So let me ask yall this. Should he of messaged the customer NICELY about their agreement? Or should he of messaged the guy that's recommending his shop to these customer's? I know things has changed in the world, but I always thought it was the customers responsibility of their own bill, and not the guy recommending. Thoughts? AND again, he does GREAT work. Just shouldnt be running a business if you can't figure out who to contact when a customer is late on their bill.

I called him the first time and he came out and failed to complete the repair and wanted $130 bucks and promised to come back and repair the problem. Then it snowed. After the weather was better I never heard a word from Antwoine! I called him and he came out and again he failed to repair the car. Claimed he would ensure better communication and didn't! Haven't heard from him since. I DO NOT recommend his services. Extremely unprofessional and does not know the courtesy of a phone call and will not do what he promises. I can understand busy schedules but a phone call only takes a minute! The only reason I'm not giving him a big fat 0 is because I had to give at least one star! He won't be in business long so use him at your own risk!

When I texted at 12:25 PM asking his arrival time, he said he couldn't come due to weather--even though it wasn't raining--and then pushed availability to next Thursday, which doesn't work for me due to a scheduled surgery. He has avoided completing the work he was paid to do. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee (with the understanding it would go toward repairs), and we agreed on a $450 total. He later increased the price to $750 without justification. I have invoices showing the originally agreed work and costs. He also failed to properly diagnose the issue, which could have included a simple code reset and pressure test. I even provided proof from AutoZone showing no parts were purchased for my vehicle. Overall, this was unprofessional and unreliable service. Proceed with caution. When he told me he was only 19 years old it all made sense. Please do not use his guy, but if you do know he is just a back yard mechanic.
