When I was ready I reached out to him and he was able to send me an invoice via email, so I didn't even have to go back in store to make my purchase. My mattress was ready to be delivered within 5 days. I was given a 4 hour delivery window and told I would receive a call 30 min prior to arrival. Unfortunately, I never got a call so I wasn't prepared to answer the door when the delivery arrived. Regardless, the delivery experience was great as well. I was expecting them to just drop the mattress just inside my doorway, as most companies do. OC mattress didn't do that, they actually took the mattress upstairs and set up the box spring and mattress for me. Overall great experience purchasing from Orange County Mattress! The delivery and installation fee was $149.99 (not including tip - customers only pay both after the installation is completed) and the delivery team accepted credit cards. They arrived 15 minutes later than the automated email notification had shown, but still arrived within the promised 2-hour delivery window. The team was efficient and completed the installation (including the bed frame setup) in under 30 minutes. [Items purchased]: Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Norman 12" Medium Mattress Full Prime ($1099.99 discount included) + Basic Adjustable Base Full Prime (free advertised special) + mattress setup & haul away/adjustable base set up ($149.99 - pay at the time of installation) + basic waterproof mattress protector full prime ($49.99) + microfiber sheet set gray full prime ($49.99). My proposal, order, and receipt state a 2-3 week lead time. The price and delivery time were exactly what I was looking for. As of May 15 2026, nearly 8 weeks later, I still have not received my sofa. I have followed up multiple times and have repeatedly been told it would be ready the next day, the next week, or that they were still waiting on, fabric,, inserts, cushions, or stitching. I also physically drove back to the store to get an update after repeated phone calls went unanswered. At the store, an employee told me their phone lines were down and they couldn't take calls on the company line. He gave me his cell phone number to contact him for updates. After several weeks of delays via text messages and repeated calls to check if the company line was working again, I physically drove to the store again. Upon arriving during normal business hours, I see employees in the store(including one who went out and back in the front door), but the door was locked and a sign was posted saying "Sorry we are closed today", and that they will be "back to normal hours" tomorrow. The sign listed a cell phone number to send text messages for status updates. No response to my text message, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. I understand delays can happen, especially with custom furniture, but the lack of a clear completion date after repeated follow-ups is not acceptable for a pre-paid order. I will update this review if the business completes the order or issues a refund.

We ended up purchasing an entire outdoor set for my mom and brother's new house including a patio table, chair set, and umbrella and base, much of which was deeply discounted at the floor model price.
