Everything was going well, they gave me two options, have a technician come out to try and clean it or take a discount. She asked me if I would like to receive the discount back to the original card that ended in these 4 digits and I said "no, wait, I had paid with two cards, a visa gift card and a credit card. She told me the last 4 digits and I was not familiar with this card so I said it needs to be refunded to my personal credit card. She proceeds to put me on hold and then comes back and tells me the lead said there's nothing we can do you will have to contact the credit card company of the visa gift card. How the hell am I supposed to contact them?? Who keeps a visa gift card credit card after using it?!?! So I said I need it to be refunded to my actual personal credit card. And proceeds to argue with me that I said yes to her question of "did you want it back on the original card? I said I need to speak to someone above you and this lead person above you that said there's nothing they can do, because this is ridiculous! She puts me on hold and then tells me after that unfortunately there is no one above the lead here past 7pm. So they will call you back within 24hrs. Clearly you guys don't want to deal with this so you're just trying to pass it off. This is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. Do not go here for your purchases. On the other hand, sales rep (Guy) who actually sold me the recliner was nice and he gets 5 stars but all this other nonsense gets them 0 stars. I will update this review after they call me back.
