I ABSOLUTELY recommend Lovesac for all your sofa arrangement needs. It's been about 10 years that I've owned my Lovesac modular sofa and I've recently changed the covers for them. I cannot tell you how beyond pleased I am with the new sofa covers and most of all the customer service for this specific order. I came into the store over the weekend early this year in June to check out the swatches because it was time for an upgrade. I was happy to find a unique fabric and color that was going to go well with my new decor. I ended up ordering a custom fabric and color that I was told upfront that once I placed my order, I will not be able to cancel it. I was in a little bit of a rush to make a decision because they had a sale on covers and in my hurried-ness I ended up picking a color that I was already regretting. So the next day after having placed my order the night before, I came into the store and explained to the manager what happened. What I love about my interaction with the manager is that she heard me out and she really did her very best to accommodate me. And she also explained that if she could not intercept the order in time, it wasn't because she didn't try. It's because the people who place orders are about three hours ahead of us. I totally understood and I said I just appreciate that you're even trying to intercept this order before it goes through. While loan and behold the very next day, I get a call from her and she said that she was able to intercept the order cancel it and then I gave her the correct color that I wanted. Normally, and this is not something that they have to do for a customer and I appreciated that they went out of their way to actually help me. Do my grand total for a new set of covers for my Lovesac sofa and pillows and 2 extra arms, 13 pieces total came to a little over $1,500 with their sale. I personally think this was a good deal because normally I would be paying anywhere from $2000-$2500 and normally it would be more expensive considering they are custom. Overall, I am extremely happy with the customer service from the manager, I think her name is Diane and the sales guy Max. They both went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my new covers and helping me with my error concerning the order. I don't think anyone would've gone out on the limb like they did for me and I really appreciate it! This level of customer service is actually very rare and I am so glad that I've purchased Lovesac because I can change out the covers whenever I want. It's almost like getting a brand new couch at a fraction of the price. Also, if you're considering Lovesac as an investment piece I highly recommend it. I've had my Lovesac modular sofa for a little over 10 years now and it's still intact. And I'm surprised with the amount of usage the covers have gotten, that the fabric has also stayed intact and there are no rips or holes at all. There has been zero damage to my couches and the fabric and I've moved them now four times and out of state too! I seriously can't believe that they've lasted this long and I think I must've paid a little over $10K over the course of 6 years, not including this recent purchase. All I can say is that it is totally worth it and yes, at first you need to put extra time into assembling the sofa but once it's done, you don't have to do it again unless you want a different configuration. Also, I have never washed the covers on my Lovsac even after moving a lot because it's a huge task I don't want to do so that's also something to consider before you make such a large purchase. Overall, I think I am a Lovesac customer for life or as long as they stay in business. I absolutely love everything about Lovesac and I highly recommend their products! read more

We thought we were ready to order online, but boy were we wrong. We came into the store to view colors, sizes, and options. As we walked in Pablo greeted us and helped right away. When I walked in, the vibe was super weird. The guy working didn't so much as say "hi" or acknowledge me in any way, never mind offer to help or say something like, "I'll be with you in a minute." He was with a couple (very depressed looking) guys who were, I'm guessing, considering a couch purchase. Customer service could definitely use some work. We purchased the 2nd largest lovesac years ago and it has held up well and overall I'm happy with it. When we were in need of a new couch about 9 months ago we decided to go with a lovesac couch. We choose a 6 seat/ 8 side configuration with accessories and upgraded cushions. While I love the different seating options and layouts that we're able to do, the couch is not that comfortable. The cushions sag and slide and honestly for the price (about $10k) is the worst furniture I've purchased. So disappointing for the price I would of hoped it was at minimum super comfy. read more

The lady at the retail store says "oh you'll get a bunch of different boxes delivered to your home at random times and its easy to put together ...yes correct, I got a BUNCH of random boxes delivered on different days and let me tell you these are NOT easy to put together, I don't see how some people can even physically do all this, not ordering any of their couches or sectional stuff again, just stick to the bean bags....Lovesac really needs to start thinking about including an all-in-one deliver and install for you service.... How have I not reviewed Lovesac yet?! Since it's Valentine's Day, let me share with you my love affair with this place. Sidebar: if you don't already know this, furniture shopping (in general) is basically Hell's Waiting Room. Negotiating with shady salespeople at those big furniture outlets - when you KNOW that all the stores carry the exact same products and they all buy it from one massive furniture distributor - is miserable. Even when you get great discounts, you never feel like you really got a good deal. ::end rant:: It all started in 2013, when I bought my first LoveSac movie lounger from the (now closed) Town Center location. We fell in love with how comfortable and maneuverable the pieces are. 2 years later, when we were shopping in Downtown Summerlin, we stopped in to the LoveSac store - just to peruse - and ended up making not only another sactional purchase, but a whole bunch of new friends as well! Christina (the store manager), Tyler, and Collin are all awesome. We purchased from Christina - she helped us pick out exactly what we needed, helped me "style" my living room, and we had a GREAT time doing it. We've referred no less than 5 people to LoveSac who all LOVE their sacs, sactionals, and other LoveSac furniture. Now, we stop by LoveSac at least twice a month. If we're strolling through the Farmers Market or just grabbing a juice from Nekter, we always stop by and say hi to the LoveSac crew. Our dog, Boomer, is basically the store mascot. If you are buying a couch think twice about buying it here. I purchased a couch for $6000 and the wait time was 4-6 weeks. I was ok with that until 6 weeks past. When I called weeks ahead due to us taking a trip to plan out the delivery they said they was waiting on one part. Customer service said they was going to follow up with me and watch my order. Well that never happened. After the 6 week we was tripped on where our couch was so my wife called and asked CS what's going on and about our trip they said well can your neighbors except your package that contains 10 - 20 boxes. I just called into this location, they at first didn't answer, so I went to use their text feature. I received a call while about to text. The gentleman answering the phone was very disrespectful. I asked him if he knew when the service members discount that is twice a year for a 30%-40% off was and he said, "right now, it's 5% for service members and whatever." We only did that to kind of discount to keep business going due to covid. This is inaccurate and has happened many years and is 2x a year. Ever since I stepped foot into this store back in decemeber I knew this would be an awesome place. There Sactionals line of couchs and sofa's caught my attention. The awesome ways to configure the couch into many different ways. Single seat, love seat, full three seater couch, and even a movie lounger. The possibilities are endless. Here we are in April and I couldnt handle our exhisting furniture. So I decided to bite the bullet and purchase my first Lovesac Sactional. Purchased the "L" shaped which would give us three seating positions with one person with there legs up. Thats where my wifey sits! Originally purchased the covers with the chocolate brown microfiber suade. Unfortunatley i found the warehouse shipped us the walls in chocolate brown but the base, pillow, and cushion were a Grey color. We looked and immediately saw that color was not correct when I opened the box. But we decided lets give it a try. Low and behold it wasnt a bad option at all. It was actually a great mistake. I did run into one other challenege but it was no fault on the sales team as it was a manufacture defect. One of the legs on the walls were not threaded so i could not screw in the leg to the bottom of the wall. No big deal. Took just the wall back to Lovesac Downtown Summerlin and they immedately apologized and was very sincere. They said they will take care of it immediately. The shipped a new one to my house in a few days. Over all it is a pleasant experience and I love the sactional. Just the fact that I dont ever have to buy a whole new sofa is a great feeling. I can purchase just a cover, cushion, or base. I can buy pieces to extend or make new furniture. The possibilities are endless and its a pricey investment to begin but imagine paying for a whole new set in a few years on the cheaper stuff. They are uncomfortable after time and the whole thing neds to be replaced. Here i can purchase just the part that dies. I can even take it apart and store pieces if i really want to. Just the over all use and practicality is there and well worth the money. If you are ever thinking of purchasing this furniture do it!! Biggest mistake we ever made was falling for the hype of Lovesac. Our original salesperson (can not remember his name) was helpful and patient. We subsequently purchased a sectional for over $6,000 along with a large love sac. Long story short, we made an an exchange for a smaller Love sac and months later are still trying to get a refund for the price difference. The sofa was a huge disappointment and that is being returned as well. We though with the price we would get a quality product. The store manager was less than helpful with our return and we have had two in store conversations with her and three calls to customer service with no resolution and no money back. We were remodeling our house at the end of last year and the one major piece that my wife and I could not find was a family room sofa. I went into the store today and was met by the MOST DELIGHTFUL young woman. Shaelyn was knowlegable about the product, demonstrating the unique features of the Sactional. She was able to easily answer all of our questions, including those about the product, return policy and military discount. She was helpful in making choices (especially of fabric...steering us away from something that wouldn't have worked as well for us because we have a dog) and so friendly and efficient.
