Paid $1,150 for a buffet cabinet. The doors warped and one fell off -- while still under warranty. What followed was months of runaround. Since February 2026 I've been chasing their repair team for a resolution. A technician came out, confirmed it couldn't be fixed, and said someone would call within 24 hours. No call. A week later: "we're still looking for the part." Another wait. Then: "we ordered it, 4-6 weeks." Then another 4-6 weeks. Now they're saying "estimated mid-July -- maybe later." They can't tell me when it was ordered or provide a tracking number. When I asked to speak with a manager about a refund (the product has been discontinued so a replacement is not available), the manager didn't even call me directly -- I got a callback from the same rep (Ms. Baker) saying the answer was no and my only option is to keep waiting. I told her to relay the message to her boss that I would be filing claims with the Better Business Bureau and state Attorney General. Apparently that wasn't enough for the manager to care enough to call me back. It's been over three months with a broken, unusable piece of furniture I paid over a thousand dollars for. My wife and I made no plans today as we were scheduled to have Jessie here to repair our new dryer. He called this morning stating he would be here between 1-2 pm to make repairs. At 3:39pm I called the office to find out why he hasn't shown yet. Evidently he is missing a tool but neglected to let us know he wouldn't be here today at the scheduled time slot. Walked around and admired their pretty furniture-- lots of great pieces that could fit in many homes, and a lot of them were priced well. We were looking for more unique, colorful items and were hoping to come across a makeup vanity, but they didn't have either so we didn't leave with anything. But they did have a couple of things like gliders and chairs that we would buy. Will keep them in mind when looking to buy bedroom furniture since they have a nice selection there. Super awkward! Our sales lady, Angie, was great. Too bad it maybe seems like we watched her coworkers do racism to her?? So I went in with my mom who bought a couch. The delivery service they used was actually great and alerted us to the fact that there was a rip on the back. So far, A+ for Angie and A+ for delivery! But then it goes downhill. We call a few times to resolve it because we don't want a $3k ripped up couch!! No one answers. We go in and the manager is basically like, oh too bad. Like, her attitude is literally like, "if you don't want our couch, fine and bye!". It's so weird! We try to buy a different couch and ask for some concessions because of the inconvenience and the manager doesn't even acknowledge us. So great. She doesn't want our business. We ask for a refund. This is where it gets sort of weird?? English might not be Angie's first language and she goes to one of the guys who apparently manages the payment system and asks him to help her. He literally says in the rudest way possible, "I have NO IDEA what you're saying. Use the right words, Angie!!" She keeps rephrasing her request and this guy keeps getting ruder and ruder to her like, "I won't help you if you don't ask it correctly". What is happening??!! My mom and I look at each other and I'm about to say something when Angie apparently finds the magic working word and this guy starts helping. But not before he throws in a correction to whatever her last sentence was. What a guy. So, to recap: I think most of the sales team is great. Everyone we talked to seemed nice. All staff we encountered were very nice without hovering over you while you shop. Washing machine is great by the way after a whole month of use; pricey but I think worth it. There was a warm greeting when I entered this beautiful store. My saleswoman Stacie D. was perfect. She wasn't pushy but was still around when I had questions. This review is mainly for Blvd Home warranty/service department. I bought a dishwasher for my rental property in Las Vegas and opted to purchase the 5 year warranty. The tenants reported an issue with the soap dispenser in Nov 2024, but departed in Dec 2024 before the repair could be done. I arranged to meet the tech (Nate) on 1/16/25, but it began leaking afterward. I spoke with the coordinator (Cheryl) over the phone and explained that I did not live in Las Vegas and would have to schedule out a visit with a technician on a very specific day as this would require travel. She informed us this would not be an issue and we decided on 2/18. I reached out to Cheryl in Feb who then offered different dates. My travel plans were already set based on the fact that she assured me she could arrange the the repair for 2/18. She managed to send someone on the original date as promised. I then received a voicemail from her on 2/17 stating that they did not have a technician available. I opted to continue conversing over the email chain as all of the information was in writing and once again was able to get someone on the date promised. The tech (Jason) admitted that he was in a training program to become a technician, which was not explained to us by Cheryl. He said the issue was irreparable and advised the replacement of the entire dishwasher door. I was notified by Cheryl on 2/27 that the part was on backorder, and notified of it's arrival on 3/12. The repair was ultimately set to be done on 4/11 but the tenants had to cancel. They received a text message stating that the repair wouldn't have been able to be completed anyway because the technician needed different hinges for the install. I received a voicemail from Cheryl on 5/12 at 3:05 pm sounding very confused about the entire situation, and a 2nd voicemail at 3:39 pm sounding that she sorted out her confusion. No follow up was received until 5/21, stating the tech needed to order a new door panel due to the hinges not lining up. I did ask to speak with the manager several times, and Cheryl finally cc'd him (Paul) to the email chain on 5/22 and he didn't bother reaching out to us at all. The repair was finally completed on 5/28 by technician Jesse who ultimately stated that the door didn't need to be replaced at all, he had a door panel and not a full replacement anyway, and that the soap dispenser was installed incorrectly in the first place which was causing the leak. He repaired the soap dispenser and we finally have a functioning dishwasher 6 months after the company was notified of an issue. I was close to retaining an attorney and only felt comfortable doing so because of the written correspondence, saved voicemails/texts, and detailed notes that I had kept throughout this entire process. If my husband and I hadn't been so persistent and insistent on communication, then this issue would still not be resolved. My husband and I, as well as the tenants had to move appointments, travel, and take time off of work in order to accommodate the limited technician availability and repeated failures. The coordinator Cheryl clearly doesn't take appropriate notes for herself or the team to reference. She threw the technicians under the bus for not taking notes themselves. We requested to speak to a manager/supervisor 3 times before Paul was finally looped into the email chain; only to never respond, reach out or interject anything despite the situation not being resolved. Top to bottom, from manager to technicians, the service department is one of the worst we've ever come across. The only exception being Jesse, the last technician to come out and apparently the only knowledgeable one that was able to resolve the issue. Despite several years being left on this warranty service, I will not be reaching out to them with any future issues. I feel more comfortable paying out of pocket and taking the monetary loss than dealing with Blvd Home ever again. read more

Jason in furniture is a complete scumbag. Said "come in today and buy it and we will give you friends and family discount of 20%" for a tv stand I was looking at. I get there and not only do they say they don't have inventory of it so there is no reason for me to go there but they told me Jason decided to leave early to go to dinner and they don't even have a option for 20% off, the most they could possibly do is 10%. Glad I got my buddy to drive all the way there with a truck so he could turn around and go home. Pretty sure Jason has some sort of scam going on where he gives a higher discount so he can get a sale, but then lied and said "I only said 10% off" to his coworker when he called him to inquire about the 20% off. 10% off was nice and would have resulted in a sale for me, but the fact he lied made me go elsewhere. read more

My husband and I were glad to see this place as it occupied the huge spot that was previously occupied by Kmart that vacated many years ago, and we were glad that it was a home furnishings store. We have been remodeling our home and looking for a dining table set to match the living room. We had looked at other places, and never saw anything that matched well until I decided to check out BLVD Home. I'm so happy that I did. The atmosphere was very friendly and light as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by a lady at the front counter who told me a bit about the store, then I met a sales rep named Jarred who very patiently gave me the layout of the store and instructed me on how purchases of the smaller items I wanted are done. He was never pushy or showed any signs of frustration with my questions or when I changed my mind. He just smiled (a genuine friendly smile), and continued to help me. He even helped carry the bag with the small items to my car, although I think he wanted to make sure I didn't change my mind and turn to something else in the store as it was closing time (he made me chuckle to myself ). He is truly an asset and I hope they keep this young man. He's a true "people person." I actually found three dining table sets that were perfect for our home and the prices were very reasonable. We received our purchase on the promised date. The delivery process was very organized and the guys arrived within the promised time frame and they assembled it in our home. My husband didn't like that one of the chairs had an uneven length in one of the legs which made it slightly unbalanced. I didn't think it was significant enough to make a fuss and wanted to just add a small 1/8 inch piece of felt under it, but my husband insisted on having the chair replaced. He called BLVD Home and they arranged to have the chair replaced with no questions asked. Even the delivery guys were professional and polite! We definitely plan to shop here again! read more

Installers delivered from Las Vegas. The leaked the best first night. A major type leak. Blvd. crew came out same day fixed.Four days later major flood from the machine. $16,000/in damages! More than 70 days with only 25% of our home useable. Our plumber and a plumber from the machines' manufacturer saw the problem. The installers put a plug into.the main drainage pipe Preventing water soft her from draining! A very big error on Blvd.'s part! Blvd. took responsibility and referred me to their insurance company. Whole process can be described as being in hell!!! Uncaring! Had to threaten to sue them! In my dealings with them I got the feeling they have been down the same.road before. 1: order an $11,500 refrigerator 2: takes 15 phone calls back and forth to find out WHEN they are going to deliver - salesperson calls delivery manager who doesn't know - standard answer: "We'll look into it and call you back." - which they don't do or claim they did but no message on my phone. 3: upon delivery the delivery people want me to sing a DAMAGE WAIVER because they don't think they can get the refrigerator through the doorway without damaging it. I REFUSE - more phone calls to store. Eventually they figure it out without damage. However Installation is not completed because I did not order PRO INSTALLATION. When I placed the order this was NEVER mentioned. 4: have to argue about who is to pay for PRO INSTALLION - $500 ? they offer to cut price in 1/2. after threatening to take them to small claims court. the manager up in Utah agrees that someone ordering a refrigerator this expensive would NOT DECLINE PRO INSTALLATION - so they end up doing it and not charging me. 5; notice that one of the drawers does not close completely - they send out repair person - problem: ice tray installed backwards. looked ok when he left - over time problem reappears 6: schedule repair - 10 days out - they call the morning of the scheduled repair - can't come out - people called in sick you have to wait another week - if they cancel you go to the end of the line - not first in line the next day. repair scheduler not authorized to have someone come out on overtime and does not know who does authorize it. 7: BOTTOM LINE - AT THIS PLACE THE LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING AND YOU MAY HAVE TO MAKE DOZENS OF PHONE CALLS TO FIND OUT WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE REFIGERATOR AND THEN MORE + MULTIPLE REPAIR TRIPS TO HAVE IT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. 8: NO MANAGMENT OVERSIGHT AFTER THE SALE. read more

In Oct 2023, we went to BlvdHome for the first time after reading the wonderful reviews about service and value. The show room is stunning and the sales person who helped us, Derek H., was most helpful. We were in the process of renovating our kitchen and were there for kitchen appliances. They cost more than we really wanted to spend but we decided on purchase based on their "satisfaction guaranteed", warranties and that they would delivery and install (with extra charge). We mentioned to Derek that we needed the appliance within a month so he steered us away from some that were not in stock and to those that were so we would have them on time. Purchase made, we were very happy with the service Derek provided, and we left with full intention of returning for our next appliance purchases. That is where the happy story ends and service went downhill from there. First, we were promised delivery in about a month but the month came and went and no contact from them. We finally contacted them month 2 and got the run around. After many calls and lots of unreturned calls, we got delivery of one of the appliances 4 months later. Remember we had PAID for delivery and installation. One guy makes the delivery and says the installer could not come and he does not know how to install the appliance but he'll try if we help. We were very skeptical about how he planned the installation so declined and are glad we did because our contractor later told us that his installation plan was missing some steps to make it safe. So we finally had one appliance but it was left sitting in the box for another 1.5 months until we FINALLY got delivery of the the second appliance only after threatening to cancel the sale. This we had to do because have you ever tried being without a kitchen for going on 5 months? When HomeBlvd finally did come to do the installation of our appliances, I'm not sure they knew what they were doing as they seemed to be guessing on what they needed to do. They sent 4 guys this time but they were all clueless (or maybe just fooling around too much). They did not test the appliances to see if they worked before they left and did not sync my appliances as the salesperson said they would (and remember, we're paying EXTRA for installation). At that point it was good riddance to BlvdHome and we decided not to call them back and deal with the further aggravation. We had intended to go back to purchase more appliances and furnishings but after this experience I'd warn everyone away from this establishment and try not to have ANY dealings with them again. It's sad though because they have a beautiful showroom and lots of perceived promise and Derek H was a great sales person, but after they get your money, that's about it. read more

When I first went into the store I was told I would have a good experience and from that point on all I had was a lot of mistakes happening! The sales person seriously made it a very difficult process! I picked my first mattress out and it ended up being a disaster! I went back about a month later and I picked out a Serta mattress and with it being a name brand I was finally excited about having a new mattress! Fast forward two weeks later and I haven't had one good nights sleep!! I called to see what I could do about it! I was told that I could pay a 50% restocking fee plus a $75 dollar pic up charge which would cost me close to $500 dollars to replace! Not to mention the new price of a new mattress!!
