I really appreciate family owned businesses, and try to frequent non-"box" stores whenever possible. I felt the customer service was genuine & superior to other stores, which matters when you are spending a lot of money on an item that will not only be part of your everyday life, but may essentially improve it! This is also important if you might need to return or exchange an item, which is a pain, of course, & something ppl sometimes don't think about w/an essential... James also gave us thorough, patient advice on how to care for our mattress, and Felipe, who assisted with scheduling the delivery and a last minute purchase of a frame was so kind and professional! Thank you both! And now, this review is getting crazy long, and if you've read this far, you already know that you will sleep better if you check out this place!

They have basically everything from $600 foam to nicer mattresses. He gave me a good deal on the delivery and threw in a mattress protector and some sheets too.

That being said, we were a little nervous going to this location, but Chris was so kind, not pushy and understanding that we felt extremely welcomed and excited to shop for a new bed! Chris helped us get to the root of our problems with our current mattress and now we are actually excited to have a new mattress and adjustable base! He doesn't try to oversell or stress out his customers which is extremely important. He didn't pressure us and gave us the time we needed to figure things out! We even ended up getting better pillows today as well! He took over an hour with us and helped us find the perfect fit. At this point in her search, I just wanted her to find the right mattress because she was having back issues. We walked into Mattress City and met Paul and he was absolutely what we needed. He is so nice, intelligent, and knowledgable about mattresses. My favorite part - he spoke to my mom like a person and not a dollar. He let us try (pretty much) all the mattresses, was super patient, explained the differences based on her need, and didn't make us feel like something had to be bought right then and there. It was completely different from places like Macy's. I think we were with him for about 45 minutes and after talking with him, my mom got her new mattress. It was delivered, she loves it, and she is sleeping nicely! Paul was wonderful and I was so glad we found him. I'm really thankful that we got to work with him because he gave us a solution that my mom needed and she is thrilled. Based on the favorable reviews I saw, we made our way up to Montrose to Mattress Depot. We wondered in and were warmly greeted by Adis. I explained my situation and said that I needed a firm and supportive mattress. He took us to a few beds to try. We even tried the expensive Tempur-pedic mattress. That didn't work for me as it was too soft. We ended up between two more traditional styles and I ended up with the Airloom. Adis was very patient and explained the pros and cons of each mattress for us. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we made up our own minds and feel we got the best one for us. He was able to work with us a little on the price and we made our purchase. He told us a week to 10 days for delivery and it was exactly that. We had the mattress delivered this morning and the delivery guys were great. They even fixed a broken bit on our frame. I have to say that the new mattress is so great. We are loving it. I highly recommend Adis and Mattress depot!

My mattress was lost by UPS and i had to call every day for almost two weeks. finally an amazing manager named Alex helped me and canceled the previous order and sent me a new mattress. Finally when i thought things would get better the mattress arrived dropped at the bottom of my driveway when UPS normally drops off my gate (up a small flight of stairs) it was dropped in an open area where it could've been stolen. in addition to all of this, in my order a requested old mattress pick up which they did not fulfill and it's been an absolute headache and vague experience getting that scheduled. overall, awful service. do not buy from them. there are so many other amazing mattress companies with excellent customer service that will provide basic communication. so not buy from casper.

At the time of purchase, we were told that if we were not comfortable, we could switch the mattress within four months with no issue. After about a month, I realized the mattress simply was not the right fit for me. The bed itself isn't necessarily bad -- it's just not comfortable for my needs, and I wanted to take advantage of the switch program as promised. Unfortunately, this is where the experience became extremely frustrating. We were informed that a switch fee must be processed through Synchrony Bank, and we have been completely unable to access our account due to "verification" requirements. We have submitted all requested documentation, yet it has now been over three weeks with no resolution. During this time, we have called daily, only to be told repeatedly to "wait another week." Mattress Firm employees have been polite, but they have not been able to assist, leaving us stuck in the middle with no clear answers. At this point, what was supposed to be a straightforward comfort guarantee has turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. We are concerned that this delay may push us beyond the four-month window, which feels unfair and unsettling. We have been patient and respectful throughout this process, but the lack of communication and progress has been extremely disappointing. We do want to escalate the situation at this point. Waiting almost over two months is a bit ridiculous. As far as improvements go, they need to tell the client that there's a chance that these things may happen down the line not oh yeah it's a smooth transition. You can just come in and switch. We like transparency I don't like to be mislead

We told him our problems with our bodies and current mattress and showed us all the mattresses that would help. He compared each one with us, we were able to test it out, and we ended up purchasing a Dura-pedic Designer Elite mattress topper. MY GOD, WORTH THE MONEY. We got it at a July 4th discount. Delivery did indeed happen that Saturday! It's been a few weeks since and my girlfriend and I appreciate Daniel's knowledge!
