My esthetician was a young woman who was very kind and professional. Before starting, she explained a few optional add-ons (for an extra cost), and I agreed to just one. However, the facial itself felt much shorter than 50 minutes, more like 20! While it was somewhat relaxing, it ended so quickly that I almost wanted to ask if the time was correct. With tip, I ended up spending around $200 total, including the gift card, and honestly, it didn't feel worth the price. They also tried a bit too hard to sell a membership, which was slightly annoying. Still, I might go back one day to try a massage and see if that experience is better.
