Poor quality. I was very unhappy with my service I didn't like having my nails came out I do powder nails a lot and they came out pretty bulky. When I asked the lady to shave them down she began to complain and speaking in another language that I didn't understand. I felt uncomfortable. So much so that I apologized for not liking how she did my nails. But I explained that if I don't like some thing like the way she did my nails I should be able to express that to her and she responded yes but I took time to do it and I explain to her that I also took time for me to sit there and pay for something I'm not happy with. I told her I would still pay for it but I was not happy with the service. I allowed her to continue to do my nails. She was very aggressive while shaving them down. So much so that my nails started bleeding. Will not be returning. read more

The team at Loving Nails & Spa is amazing. I went mid morning and right from the start, everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and patient. I wanted a shellac mani and regular pedi and they were able to get me in right away. My nail techs were fast, thorough, friendly, and did an amazing job. Plus, the color selection was great and the price was awesome. I'm from out of town and was trying to find a decent place that wasn't going to break the bank. Only $50 for both, including a spa-like pedi treatment with hot stones. Plus the place is clean, well-maintained, spacious, and with a great staff. Thank you!! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE! When the tech asked me how long I wanted my full set I told her that I wanted them on the shorter side. She rolled her eyes. When I told her that I wanted them to be a "natural" shape she snapped at me "natural is not a shape." I should have left then but I stayed against my better judgement. Not only did she not make them as short as I wanted her to. They are all different lengths and I stayed under the nail dryer for 20 mins and got home and they were already messed up. So we decided to try this place based on some people we knew who went there and had a good experience. Well it was not a good experience for us! It started when they gave us color choices and every one we picked out they kept telling us they didn't have that color. That should have been the first bad sign. Then after my toes were done by one nail tech another tech did my finger nails. After my fingers were done I realized that it was quite darker and a more purple than my toes which was lighter and more pink. I brought this up to the nail tech and one said well there's nothing we can do about it now and the other said well we can put another coat on your toes to make it darker. I said fine put another coat on my toes then. As they were doing it you could tell they were making fun of me in another language and laughing at me because I wanted my toes and fingers to match in color. I was really ready to go off on them on how disrespectful they were being. I realized then that they pulled a different color off the shelf than what was originally put on my toe nails so then that means the girl doing my finger nails pulled the wrong color and instead of admitting to it they just made fun of me in front of my face. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. Also, my sisters tech put one color on her toes and couldn't figure out how to get the same color for her fingers and had to put 20 different colors on her fingers to get it somewhat close. Now her fingers and toes don't match either but she was done with those techs not knowing what they were doing that she didn't even bring it up. We will never go back and will tell anyone who asks to not go there either unless they want to get humiliated In front of a bunch of complete strangers. read more

Saw this place had pretty good reviews and decided to try it out. Biggest mistake I have made this year. The person who did my nails destroyed my cuticles, he made two of my cuticles bleed. The bleeding wouldn't stop and He had to add that fluid that stings like crazy to stop the bleeding. He did apologize, but It was hard to understand what he was saying, due to his heavy accent. When he applied the nail polish he did a poor job as well, he didn't paint the entire nail bed. It was overall a pretty bad experience. read more

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and got service right away from a woman named Cathy. Overall the establishment was clean and nicely decorated. All tools were clean and individually wrapped. Cathy did an EXCELLENT job on my manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was especially nice with exfoliation, a hot towel, and a hot stone massage. They just opened this location and was offering a nice special to new customers through the end of October 2015. Plan on going back in a few weeks! read more

Sloppy and careless work for a basic mani pedi. The workers didn't seem to take pride in their work. The last cut to much cuticle off my toes it hurt and stung when she wanted it so knew she broke skin. This service should never be painful. Traveled from Fort Myers Beach on a rainy Sunday to get manicures and pedicures. It was worth it and good workmanship. My manicure didn't last beyond a week (I like to do dishes and only get manicures once in a long while) but the pedicure is still going strong, one month later. Yeah..I should probably take the color off by now huh? I would stop in again if I'm ever traveling in the area. Went here for the first time today and will never go back. Made 4 of my fingers bleed from buffing my nails. I would inform the woman and she kept doing it. Nails are all jagged and bubbly. Workers seemed panicked. I had 3 different people work on my nails. Total trip to get nails off and apply gel took 2.5 hours. Worst experience of my life. Would never recommend. read more

I have been going here for almost a year now, and I haven't been disappointed. They aren't always the most friendly but they do good work. Prices are fair ($25 for a full set, $16 for a fill) and they do a loyalty card where you get $5 off after 5 visits. Sam and Lucy have always taken good care of my nails.
