This is a good place for a mani/pedi. The place is always very clean and the staff is very kind. They always give me a menu of services to choose from so I always know what I am going to pay upfront. I get there because she didn't want the nails and they were trying to charge her $180 for A FILL AND PEDICURE WITH ACRYLIC ON THE BIG TOES ONLYYYY!!!! I told them to take them off and she'll pay for the toes. $60 mind you for the toes. Just me walking in, I already knew who the girl was in the corner with the only bitch face. I leave and later on she explains to me that they became so petty. The girl was trying to intimidate my niece by staring her down. I called them to give them the advise they need. If I could give them ZERO I WOULD. Nails are awful. She cut them down to short. Filed them like chiclets and I have color all over my cuticle. When I asked if it was going to come off. She told me when I shower it will. I come to be pampered and walk out without color on my cuticles. I asked for a cotton ball with some remover so I could take it off. The man doing my pedicure said "Lady it's gel, it won't come off with a cotton ball" I mean come on!!! The man doing my pedicure was rude and extremely rough. I asked for regular polish for my pedicure and the man yelled at me and told me I could only do gel if I wanted a match. I don't expect a perfect match. But don't be rude. It wasn't even enjoyable. Very well maintained salon with great atmosphere. Totally enjoyable experience. Michelle was just wonderful. My nails needed so much help, so I thought I would give Xpo a try. WOW! Michelle did a fantastic job and my nails look perfect. The cuticles are so clean and the polish placement is perfect. So, I decided to get a pedicure too. OMG!! My feet are happy but my legs look 1000 % better after doing the Orange Pedicure. No more dry skin. They don't hold back, the products used were fantastic, the chairs are very comfortable, the heat pack felt so good and the flowers. Such a soothing atmosphere there. First time going to XPO nails. The man at the front is rude and snatched the gel color rings from me while I was trying to find a color. The entire establishment is filthy dirty. I was astonished that they had been in business 10 years when I asked. It hasn't been cleaned in some time and don't even look into the back area. They rush and their work is sloppy. My daughters nail is uneven and I will be taking her elsewhere to get it fixed now. Lina is very rude and was rude to my teenage daughter. Son cut me with the Dremel tool and when I told her she said, "it ok". Um no it's not. It was because she was rushing even tho we had appointments. Here's the prices we paid, even tho the menu states different prices: pedicure with gel polish-$40 Gel fill $33 states $25 (apparently that is no polish) who does no polish? I came here for a pedicure. As a new customer, I didn't feel welcome. I was mostly ignored and was only spoken to as necessary. In contrast, their "regulars" were welcomed warmly by the entire staff and often hugged by their nail tech. I wasn't looking for a hug but, like I said before, I didn't feel welcome. The biggest issue I had was that my left big toe had a HUGE polish chip after only three days. It was almost the size of a quarter. They did not remove any of the calluses on my feet (the purpose of a pedicure), the lady Mary that was doing my feet was talking about my foot to everyone in the salon which i thought was VERY RUDE....Im sure im not the only person on this planet that has a metal plate in their foot causing my big toe not to move... did not put lotion of any kind on my feet or legs, and lastly.....it cost $40!!!! lesson learned i will never return read more

She did a rush job because it was time to go. I said something several times and it wasn't until I was paying they offered to take $10 off. My daughter came in on Monday for a refill on eyelash extension. Only 1 eye had to be re-filled. The lady did a terrible job. All eyelashes are clumped together and she has not been able to brush the lashes because it is so clumpy. We went back there to ask for a partial or whole refund. The second we came in the conversation became very unfriendly. She was very defensive and according to her version of the story she had not done anything wrong which is clearly not the case. She just ruined her 1 eyelash. They have to be taken off and need to be re-done by somebody who actually know how to do this. Bottom line, don't go here for your eyelashes!!! Went to get a Hexagon French Tip dip and a pedi. The gentleman (who I assumed was the owner) ended up taking me to a manicure station. I told him I wanted a Hexagon Dip. He kept bringing out fake nails and it took him about 5 minutes to understand what I wanted. He was rough with me and got angry with me when I couldn't "relax" enough. Throughout the manicure I expressed my concerns to him about how the nails were looking and he just about ignored me. I had a sore on one of my fingers that he ignored throughout. The end result is that I paid $45 for an absolute piece of crap. The tips did not go all around my nail, my cuticles were basically ignored and one nail has since chipped off. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! Do Not Waste your time or money. First of all, they do a really bad job. During my gel mani I wanted to walk out but unfortunately they couldn't understand what I was saying and kept pressuring me to get sns on my nails after telling them over and over I did not want it. Should have just left but they were so pushy, I probably would've been chased out! They were screaming in front lobby area on a speaker phone call- and then back and forth to one another the whole time I was there... so if you're looking to decompress with a pedi or mani... um, it isn't going to happen here. Which sort of defeats the purpose of getting a pedi at least since most of it is supposed to be relaxing. I've only been here once.. and this will be my first ad last time. Ever. Terrible customer service and work. Tried to charge me 10 bucks to get nail polish from before removed and then 30 for gel polish no manicure... that's insane. I have real nails.. I had to question them 20 times before they understood what I was saying... not to sound insensitive but being honest- if you have a specific look u want for your nails, they will not be able to do it for you since they most likely will not understand.
