This spot is located in the Fashion Square Mall, among many empty storefronts. It's a stall in the corridor, near the Macy's entrance. Natalie greeted us and helped pick an earring. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. Though you're getting pierced in public, the mall is pretttttty dead, so it didn't feel awkward. I held my friend's hand as Natalie used a piercing gun to give her some second holes in her lobes. She also bought a piercing cleanser (saline water), and the pice for that and the earrings was very reasonable. The piercing itself was free with the earring purchases. It was a bummer that they didn't have any piercing jewelry with a flat back, but they had plenty of other options and ultimately, it all worked out. If you're looking for an economical option for love piercings, this is a good option (albeit without much privacy).
