I went in to get my tire patched yesterday about 15 minutes into that. He tells me my battery is testing bad. I told him my mother-in-law's an ICU in Tulsa and I can't afford to have my truck leave me stranded. So if the battery is really that bad, then go ahead and replace it. He replaces it ($279.00). I drive straight to Tulsa to see my mother-in-law and park at the hotel. Wake up the next day car will not start. Battery is dead.!! He proceeds to tell me that it's not his fault, that batteries die all the time (not in 24 hrs old) and they get bad batteries all the time and says that I need to calm down. ("My mother-in-law is in ICU and the only reason I got it was because of his recommendation")! And now I'm stuck I can't see my mother-in-law because of his poor judgment and lack of ability to do the right thing and perform a simple task of installing a new battery! I'll never go back again and if I do, it's only just to look Kevin in the face or whoever that guy is with the glasses and tell him to time he made me miss with my family member. I can never get back.!
