After getting a quote and written estimate from Gene for a repair due to damage caused by striking a deer I decided to let Gene have the job. He took possession of my car on October 2, 2023. In the months following he left my car out in the elements until the beginning of February 2024. He ghosted me, dodged phone calls, visits, all attempts to retrieve the car. On June 25, 2024 the insurance company declared the vehicle a total write off loss and determined that of the 16 hours of work and estimate of $7,770 repair cost, Gene's shop had done $572 worth of work. This guy is a true scam artist. DO NOT TRUST ANY VEHICLE TO HIS CARE.

Is trying to charge a single mother with an above $1000 bill just because the car is sitting and only offered me $250 off the bill for the scrap of my 2015 Rogue. It runs but needs major work that I most likely would have given him if the situation was better. THIS MAN IS THE EPITOMY OF AN Arseholp. I tried explaining the situation and even asked him how he could ethically do this to someone and he did not care. All he did was tear up the interior in that time. We stopped by his shop every single week and all we got from him were lies and excuses until we finally got fed up and pulled the car from him. There were rats in his shop that ate up our upholstery during that period. Do a search on him and look at all the litigation he has been involved in before you bring your car to his shop.

I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I will use Quality Auto for all future body work I get done on any of my vehicles and encourage everyone in the area to do the same.

I pointed out the wires hanging and they were just tucked back in by hand. Just to fall out when I drove off. So based on that I went supermarket shopping only to learn that the trunk won't close that was rear ended. So the car then needed to be towed back here. Communication was not the best and I would call to get information constantly. Since parts had to be ordered and the car was a year old the process took seven weeks. All the while no communication and they have my vehicle sitting outside in the back of the building. When it was ready they called and I left my rental there to get picked up. Only to later find out the trunk still did not close. So I have to bring it back and they said it will be awhile. Well since I no longer had a rental I had to wait. Thankfully it was only a couple hours not a half a day. The accident was bad but this place doing the repair just added to my pain and aggravation. The only positive is they worked with the insurance company to get paid.

I was able to jump start the battery and when the car started, all warning lights were going. Engine repair, brakes, etc. I figured it may be related to the battery which I believe was the original. I could change out the battery myself, but how would I reset the computer? Instead of doing it myself, I took the car to HH Honda who allowed us to come in on short notice. We pulled directly into their service bay where we were greeted and assured the car would be returned in excellent condition. They needed to replace the battery and the computer reset to eliminate the warnings. I felt the cost was very reasonable and the turnaround time was exceptional. Way to go HH Honda!!

The shop was well equipped to do a wide variety of work, not just oil changes. What really impressed me is how they rotated the tires and tightening the lug nuts. The tech did the work mostly by hand and then used a torque wrench on each lug nut to tighten to specification. This is super important both as a safety check and proper mounting to ensure alignment.
