I read some of the poor reviews on yelp but not before I visited this establishment. I am, however,…read morethankful for that because my experience was quite the opposite and if I read the poor reviews before I visited the store I may not have visited. My son just joined the local civil air patrol squadron and needed some patches sewn on his BDUs. Like I do so often, I waited to the last minute and needed it the next day. They informed me that they are a week out on alterations but might be able to get it done sooner. I had my wife bring the jacket and the patches to the store because the event was postponed therefore we had the time to wait. Again she told my wife it would be about a week and two days later we got a phone call saying that it was ready. I feel they went above and beyond to accommodate us and I will definitely be back for more alterations. One thing I noticed is the response to the poor reviews showed an effort to make things right.

Horrible and never again! I took seven shirts, a suit and a pair of pants in to be dry cleaned and…read moretwo weeks later, the shirts still were not ready. Unacceptable! So after talking with an incredibly rude employee - Nicki - twice on the phone, I went in person today. Nicki stated that she was the only one there both times I had spoken with her and that she didn't know if the shirts were ready. So I looked through racks of clothes to find the shirts, myself! I cannot stress to you how rude, mean and just plain dismissive Nicki was this morning as well as every other time that I have been to this location. While I was there, a gentleman came in and shared with me that this was the second time this location had lost one of his shirts, and he didn't know why he kept coming back! Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to go anywhere else but this location!

I chose this place because of the positive reviews, and genuinely wish I had a positive experience…read morehere. To hem two pants and the sleeves of a blazer was $115 plus tax (a bit steep there- and much higher than posted on their Facebook). The pants were $25 each and the blazer was $65. I was hopeful the quality of work warranted that price, but unfortunately that's not the case. The seamstress folded in the arms of my blazer and sewed it in like that, leaving button holes visible in the cuff, of which they kept the buttons that they removed. I had to request she sew shut the cuff button holes now mostly on the inside of my blazer at pick up and expressed it doesn't look good as I now have a thick and bulky cuff with visible stitching, and a visible button hole on the edge of the cuff. The stitches are all visible through the outside of the clothes, and the stitches themself are not neat. I'm extremely disappointed that my nice business clothes (all JCrew and in total cost over $400) now look like this and am contemplating how I'm supposed to show up to work with a visibly horribly altered suit. As a positive, they got the work done way faster than requested (almost 2 weeks) or communicated; although, I'd rather they'd have taken their time and done a better job.

The women owners are wonderful! So pleasant and…read moreprofessional. They Did a fantastic job tailoring my jeans! Wish I knew about them for all the years I've lived here but so happy I found them Now! Thank you!
