I had a smart lock installed on my front door by someone else but the lock wasn't working properly and the keys were stuck in the lock too. I called low key and Zaid was able to come out that same day, just a few hours later, on a late Friday afternoon. He looked over my lock and knew immediately what was wrong. He was able to get my keys out, rekey the lock so that I could use the same key for two different locks, and also re-installed the smart lock so that it worked properly (deadbolt retracted and extended correctly using my phone). We scheduled an appointment to have our 4 door locks changed after we bought our new home (2 security gate, 2 door). An appointment was made and Zaid arrived promptly at the appointment time. The job was completed within 5-minutes--super fast lock changes because they were all Kwikset. I checked the new keys (3 copies) he gave me on all the locks, and the new keys worked on all four locks. He also had me confirm the old key no longer worked, which was smart. After Zaid left, and upon leaving my home later, I realized that one of the locks had been installed upside down by the previous owner and I wondered why Zaid didn't mention this to me and ask if I wanted him to correct it. It is a minor detail, but it is annoying to have to flip the key upside down to open one out of four the door locks, and I would have liked to have that corrected. If Zaid had informed me of this, he would have gone above and beyond, and that's what a 5-star review is all about.
