He has been doing custom car mods at varies locations around Milwaukee since 2001, and now he has his own shop. His work is clean and he doesn't leave any mess from wiring or tint film after the job is completed. On my 2015 Lincoln he recently ordered and mounted a set of 20 inch alloy wheels and tires, along with full 35% tints. My first experience with Tint Pros was disappointing, and I won't be returning. I was recommended…read moreby a friend who had a positive experience with them, but my own experience was far from satisfactory. I scheduled an appointment to remove the 7-year-old tint from my back window because it had started bubbling up (I guess that is normal for old tint). I arrived at the shop on a Saturday morning at 9 am, expecting to be served promptly. However, I and another vehicle waited outside until well after 9:30 am, as no one was at the shop. Meanwhile, I received texts confirming my appointment, but the employee was nowhere to be found. Finally, sometime after 9:30 am, an employee arrived to open the shop. He started working on removing the tint and servicing the other customer. I was out of the shop by 11:45 am, but the new tint that was installed had small bubble spots and an area that looked like there was a crease in it. I felt that the job had been rushed and poorly executed. I emailed Tint Pros about the issues and sent them pictures. They agreed to fix it. After the second attempt, I thought the tint was perfect, but days later, I noticed the same problems. The crease area was still present, just a little smaller, along with a few new spots. Again, they agreed to fix it. Now after the 3rd try, the small bubble looking spots are still there. You can only see them from outside of the window, but I give up. After this experience I'll continue to go to Blackout and spend the extra money for a better, more professional experience, where the tint is done right the first time. They got it done pretty quick too and were actually chill to talk to, not like some places that act like they don't care. Prices were fair and you can tell they know what they're doing. They are hiring because their best talent left. They do not honor warranties. When I got the tint, she said that I can come back if any issues happen. I admit I waited a month because of moving to school. I did everything right! I left the windows up and didn't touch it for literally a week and drove my other car. Now the window will not stay up. It slip down where I have the hold the button up for the window to stay up. I took my car back in and before they even looked at it, the woman told me that the window skipping has nothing to do with the window button. She also said "it's just a sticker" and cannot break the window button. I have had this Mercedes GLC for 6 years and I have other Mercedes. I've never experienced this since all my other cars came with the front windows tinted. She was very unhelpful and already argumentative. So I decided to just get it fixed somewhere else since I obviously cannot trust them. I had already decided to not come back there after originally getting my tints done because the owner\mechanic was very nasty to me when I wanted to ask a basic question about the window. I asked, can interrupt you to ask a question, he said "no, you can go ask her at the front". Then he parked my car on the side of the building next to some sketch alley with the key inside and doors open. NEVER again, and it was expensive!

The owner gave my information to a male customer who contacted me hours later via FB Messenger. (The owner asked for my name and phone number at the beginning of the service). He said: "Hi. How are you today? I saw you at expert electronics getting your windows tinted. and I had to ask the owner your name. It would be nice if you would add me as a friend I'd love to communicate with you" There was no prior conversation between this other customer and myself to even indicate that this was permissible to do so.
