He left the store and walked with us to our Jeep. We asked if he had a battery jumper and he got his personal one and got our vehicle started! We bought one from them while there in case the Jeep stopped again. The one we had recently purchased on Amazon clearly did NOT work. The next morning, the Jeep didn't start again to bring it in to replace the battery, so their jumper came in handy a second time. I'm sad that they will be closing. It's not right what is happening to businesses all over the country.

I went by their other location in Downtown and it seemed like 'they were just doing their job'. They meant well and truly meant no harm. I just didn't notice as much proactivity and showing the type of service as this location did! I called up this location and Alfonso (the manager) picked up the phone HIMSELF! The other location said that they didn't carry my type of battery at all! That wasn't the case when I spoke with them originally on the phone... how annoying! When I spoke with Alfonso, he was beyond personable - no matter how busy they were over there. I immediately drove over and noticed how busy they were. STILL - he took the time to speak with me and regardless of how busy they were... he not only found the battery in-house... he gave me a price breakdown and... HE INSTALLED IT HIMSELF! Personable, professional, on-point and doing things right. Now THAT's what I call customer service. I wish there was a 500 stars out of 5. Please do yourself a favor and give this guy some props. I had ordered parts 3 months ago, never arrived. I suspected because I had to return some parts on…read morethat order and there was confusion. They looked up the part that I had ordered, it was on a will call shelf for about the last 2 months, no call or ship to my home as originally promised. Today I bought another part and was given credit for the parts I never received but much to my surprise they photocopy my credit card on their store copy receipt. I asked them to remove it and was told that was their policy to keep a photocopy of my credit card. So, your credit card info is stored in unsecured box's that any employee could access if you made an in-store purchase. Combine their policies with workflows and more importantly attitude towards the customer and that will be my last purchase here.
