Sent a text message to this business phone number to see if they were able to duplicate my BMW key fob ( very hard to find anyone besides the dealer) Earl responded and stated he was unable to but would see if he could find me someone who could. I missed placed my keys to my 2009 Infiniti M35. I never thought to get a spare car until yesterday when I seemingly lost track of where I left my keys. I looked around my house but could find them. The smart keys require specific tools and coding, in addition to a laser cut physical key. Earl provided a spare key for about 1/2 the cost. I cannot even give this guy a whole star. Way below a whole star. Service is VERY POOR... if you want LOW price key.. you pay just that for LOW SERVICE and PRODUCT. This guy is FULL of every excuse in the book he can come up with. First off, he is difficult to book. Consistently changing the time and day.. Next, he didnt even put the correct screw in my new key remote so 2 weeks later the key broke apart. He had to come back to repair and also to give me the mechanical key he had promised the first time but never completed. Earl had the odacity to tell his customers calling on the phone that I was making him late to his next appointment. BULL EXCUSE BRO.. if you had done the job right the first time, you would'nt have had to come back a second time! And you could have left your excuses with the poor attitude behind!
