Then took over an hour to get X-rays and look at them. They also didn't give any pain relief until an hour after the X-ray came back showing he broke his femur. Staff was rude when I left to call his brother and told me there were too many people and I couldn't go back in and be with him. Go to blank. To get a Dr. as a new person is a minimum of 6 months but on most told a year. I said want if you are sick and have more than one health problem. They said go to an Urgent care. Made no sense Urgent care takes urgent care not diabetes or thyroid. I view the place as unhelpful and uncaring. They wanted me to go somewhere else. I know this is a job or career for them but for their patients, it is their life. And it means the world that they treat it as such. It is encouraging that there are human beings in this world that understand their job is to work with people during one of the most trying times and have complete compassion and understanding for that. Dr. Jawa and his staff are no exception. When appropriate he would talk to her person to person, not always just doctor to patient. We really appreciated that. Her diagnose and treatments brought my mom (and myself) in contact with many different doctors and healthcare professionals. We always felt heard and found that so many of them would take ample amount of time to answer any questions. I know some days were extremely tough for my mom but I personally witnessed true professionalism with a perfect amount of humanization. In addition, medically I feel like they have taken great care of my mom and her cancer is now gone! We can't thank John Stoddard enough.

He gave us a clear plan of what the next steps were and made sure to handle our little one with care. We had our second appointment with Dr. Kumar (Surgeon) for a small umbilical issue. He was able to treat right in office, and he and his staff that were in the room were super nice and very kind. They were very gentle with my son and made sure we knew what they were doing every step of the way. It was a very easy and stress free experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is nice and bright. The staff and doctors made sure we knew that we could call and even get after hours help if we had any questions or concerns.

They ran tests that came back normal but didn't seem to care that I was in pain. They didn't ask enough questions and didn't do exams that they should have.
