If you're in the area this should be a stop. Pilot Point is a small town with some big history. The upcoming Bonnie & Clyde festival makes that clear! So much lodge type decoration along with other vintage decor kept my interest. Then add the fabulous mixology expert Paris behind the bar and you'll be glad you stopped in for a cold one. What a fun, laid-back spot to stop for a drink in a beautiful historical building! We enjoyed taking in the antique decorations that covered the walls. You can't beat the atmosphere and mood of the old bar/saloon. Go there for drinks.... Not food... kitchen can be slow or no go. Food is decent when available. Bartenders are super friendly and quick. It can get crowded. Limited seating as it's a small establishment. read more

What a wonderful place. The bar has some cool western/funky decor that will keep you interested for a while. The far is fully stocked and carry the full line of vodka from the distillery down the street. BBQ is amazing! Had the smoked potato,fully loaded with brisket. So good. Lowbrow is the best laid back, cool bar in Denton county! Love how everyone is friends with everybody there. Donna the bartender is absolutely the best. Thursday night is great for karaoke with Pam and Dave. Usually on Friday and Saturday night there is some type of live music. Usually the music is newcomers on the Texas country scene or funk.
