She was cold, dismissive, and barely acknowledged me, while offering warm, friendly service to others. A friend of mine, who is also Hispanic, received the same dismissive treatment. In contrast, our white friends were served with smiles, conversation, and full attention. The difference in service felt too obvious to ignore--and it felt racially motivated. What's even more concerning is that after sharing my experience with a few of Kayla's coworkers, they admitted this isn't the first time she's provided less-than-stellar service. That kind of behavior, especially when it appears to follow a pattern, shouldn't be tolerated in any professional environment. I truly hope the management at Rendezvous takes this seriously. Every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or background.

We all mingled and having a blast. Drinks were priced just right and they held the COVID rules very well by only allowing 150 people into the bar. The place was at capacity quick, but way worth it. We loved it so much, the next night we left the casino and went back. Love it.
