After I left, my friend texted me and said they were frantically removing all the glasses, washing them all and putting down proper, ventilated mats under the glasses Being banned from the bar really isn't an issue as I would never want to drink out of those glasses but I would be cautious given the questionable health practices

What's even more concerning is that after sharing my experience with a few of Kayla's coworkers, they admitted this isn't the first time she's provided less-than-stellar service. That kind of behavior, especially when it appears to follow a pattern, shouldn't be tolerated in any professional environment. I truly hope the management at Rendezvous takes this seriously.
