Then several weeks later I receive two bills in the mail (one for me & one for my daughter) both for $89 for a "NEW PATIENT MEDIUM VISIT" I was never made aware at any point during my visit that I would be charged this fee. Called the 800# and was told my information would be forwarded to billing and someone would get back to me. CVS has always been more expensive than Walgreens but from time to time I would shop there. This is no longer the case. I will never return to the store or the clinic.

Incredible incompetence by the PA at the MinuteClinic today. She definitely wasn't hired for skill…read moreand knowledge. She had absolutely no idea how to take blood for a cholesterol check. She ended up jabbing multiple fingers, kept squeezing the finger to get blood, couldn't get it into the tiny glass tube so she probed and scraped the tube over the cut for several minutes. It was excruciating. Then she couldn't work the machine that does the check so she did it all over again. Blood everywhere on the counter and sink. She forgot to give me a gauze pad to stop the bleeding. Told me to just grab one myself. Forgot to put a band aid on and apologized for that too. Dropped stuff. And after all that, blamed the machine because she didn't know how to work it, so all this was for naught. I'll have to do it all over again, definitely somewhere else. I'm pretty shocked, because last year I had a good experience here. But this hire was clearly not vetted by the hiring staff. She is a complete disaster.

There's plenty of parking and they do have a drive through for the pharmacy.
