I ordered a refrigerator from here and they offered to deliver it for free. Against my better judgment I took them up on the offer. Not only we're the drivers 20-30 minutes late, they came to the door smoking a cigarette and disregarded the cigarette in my yard. I told them refrigerator goes to the basement and that it'll be a somewhat tight fit, but they'll have about 2 inches on each side if they keep the doors on. I suggest they take the doors off to give them more room. They ignored my suggestion and argued about how to bring the fridge down the stairs. For some reason they didn't just use a two wheeler, which is what we used when I worked there. They just attempted to carry it using slings. After going down one step, they gauges the hell out of my wood worker and didn't notice. They nearly hit the ceiling too. I told them to stop and get out of my house. I've called Lowe's and the store may took my information down for the delivery manager. He didn't act concerned and I haven't heard back. Don't buy anything from this Lowe's! read more

I specifically asked if I would have help loading mulch ( I was going to buy 15 bags) and was told by customer service "yes" and when I paid for them, the person said they would send someone out to help.....never did.. I saw a few of them standing around but no one came out, I loaded myself. I was not dressed for that, it did not make me very happy. read more

This is Sunday May 17,2020! It's 9:55 am. We are senoir citizens, so trips to stores have to be organized so we can go in and out a quick as possible. I have tried to call the store several time and each department I called for does not answer there phone. OR they take it off the hock and lay it down so it doesn't ring.. I can hear people..?? I needed a filter, for my furnace, and their website said they had what I wanted and in stock. When I tried to find them, where the website said they were, not there. The three styles, of that brand, were nowhere to be found and all of the employees seemed to be having a conference about their plans for tonight. A couple years ago, pre Covid, I had an issue with a dishwasher. I ended up ordering it 3 times, because they kept screwing it up. We bought a LG washing machine at Lowe's about a year ago . We had nothing but problems with the way the clothes smell after we washed them,and we cannot put a Max load at the clothes will be socking wet it what bothers me most is the mold smell.and the stupid advertisements is that it is asthma and allergy friendly .this piece of garbage should be recalled and LG should do better read more

Terrible service, rude employees. When you ask a question they say "I don't know" and walk away. We had both our front door and storm door as well as our back storm door replaces. The locks did not line up. They came out and " fixed" it. It's better but sometimes you have to make sure it's closed and locked. There a 1/2" gap under the ledge under the door. You can see light and feel the air coming in. The back door, rain comes in between the two doors. Do not use them for any services or go there unless you know where to find what you are looking for. read more

The delivery system they have in place is the worst. They have a four hour delivery window and then Call you after the time has past and reschedule for days later. If you have a need for an appliance to make it on time look some place else. I was rescheduled 2 times. The delivery coordinator doesn't care. read more

I never really like Lowe's compared to Home Depot or Menards. Although there is nothing wrong with this location, it just feels like offer the same items as the other big name stores, but is not as well organized. I would definitely feel better shopping at the other big name stores. read more

utterly incompetent staff, I cannot believe how many calls its taken to get the installation scheduled with these morons. they can't look up my order by order number? only by name and phone number? And each time they say they'll get their manager to help "once they're out of their meeting" but don't expect them to actually call you back. Even after trying to get help in-store, the same excuse and not 1 but 3 times during that conversation they PROMISED they will call us Monday. Guess what? Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday no call.
