Barely made it through a tank a fuel before it quit. Brought it back. Saw was under warranty. They agreed is wasn't running correctly. They were a bit nicer but sent me away with some fuel and said good luck. They failed to contact Stihl. Saw is now in the trash, literally. Can't get through a half tank of premium fuel. Out 500 and change. Switching brands and shops. Did appreciate the fuel though. Super disappointed.

The store said they didn't have my items on a day that I went in there and asked in person. In actuality they did have the items at that time. I called them the other day to check, was told the items were there. Told them I would get them asap. I then received a VM, a couple of days later, telling me that if I didn't come and get the items within 5 days they would be placed on the floor to sell them. I became upset at this VM as I've shopped there since the day they first opened at this location. However, I'm giving them a 5 star rating because it was all a big mis-understanding. When you've done a fair amount of shopping at the bigger box hardware places (we'll go with the…read morenames Orange and Blue) and you can't find what you want, I find that Tractor Supply usually sneaks in for the win. Recently we decided we wanted to put in a rain barrel for watering our veggies, flowers, and Crepe Myrtles. We checked several locations of Orange and Blue and, not to anyone's surprise, found that they didn't have any in stock. Ordering would have taken a couple weeks to get here. These days 2 weeks is a LONG time for delivery. We had cash on hand, so I drove out to Tractor Supply. Turns out they had 2 rain barrels in stock. While I was there I visited the wild bird seed aisle. Tractor Supply has a GREAT selection and variety of bird seed. I have about 10 feeders in our back yard so I go through A LOT of bird seed. (Well, *I* don't, the birds do. I just put it in the feeders.) I've never been let down by the bird seed they have in stock or the variety, and there's almost always a sale of some kind going on. The staff at this location is always fun and helpful. If you're looking for something they'll take you to it instead of nodding in a general direction, and there are a few that have a great sense of humor. No one wants to be helped by a robot. A little personality can go a long way in making a routine shopping visit into a great one. About 15 minutes later and I had my rain barrel and a few bags of bird seed and a pleasant conversation with the guy at the register (whose name I don't recall) who had mad skills at zapping and flipping that scanning gun. I came by, 18 month old in hand, to look at a new washing machine. I was greeted with smiling faces…read morefrom the sales woman, Katie, and the general manager, a woman who's name I didn't catch! The place was clean and smelled like new stuff. Katie walked me over to the washers and told me about what she had in stock. I told her I was looking for something open box, she brought me over to the specific ones I was looking for. The store was well organized and made sense. My little one was a little hard to keep tame during my visit, but Katie was so patient with us and never made me feel like a bother. I appreciated it so much. I found a beautiful new washer for a great price. It was an open box with one small dent and they still offered and 3 and 5 year warranty on it. My daughter and I left and my partner came an hour later to purchase it. They don't hold unless you pay full price, but he made it back before anyone else snagged it. The general manager was very helpful to my partner and both of them explained our payment options. We were able to take it home for $50 and finish the rest on payments. They offer no interest for the first 101 days! I highly recommend this location, their inventory was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we got a good deal.
