Can I give zero stars? I tried a different Lowe's because the last one stole my delivery fee and made me pay another person to deliver. This store is no better. I paid for delivery, installation and removal of the old appliance. They delivered and left. I have installed myself and now have the old fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen waiting for removal. Drivers refuse to answer the phone or return messages. I have now been on hold with the actual store for 24 minutes (still on hold) trying to get in touch with the drivers. Be careful of Lowe's, they will steal as much as they can from you. read more

My dishwasher broke, so I was in need of a new one. Luckily for me, Lowe's was having a sale on dishwashers! I went online and was looking for something specific, and I found just what I needed. I ordered the dishwasher and paid an extra fee to have it delivered and installed- so easy!! It took a few days for them to call me to set up an appointment, but they were professional on the phone and gave me the earliest install date available. Two days before my install, they called and set up a time of delivery. For the time, they said between 8-10 am, so I was expecting them to show up at 10, but boy I was wrong! They showed up with everything needed at 8 am, installed the dishwasher, took out my old dishwasher and they were on their way. It took less than hour, and they even made sure my dishwasher ran properly before leaving. They cleaned up their mess and off they went. We needed a new shed, so my wife suggested we use her card ( Lowes card). We went online on June 29, 2025 and completed the order for a Corando 12' X 8' Gable Style WoodShed. Est delivery July 22, 2025. No shed on that date. I went to South Mall Drive here in Baton Rouge, LA. This is where the shed was supose to be delivered. I was told it shoud be here on July 28, 2025. Still no shed. Needless to say, I told my wife pay off that Lowes card and open card at Home Depot. read more

Update: Went to Lowe's to buy deck paint. Waited 45 minutes for color mixing and went to checkout. Turns out two items were substantially higher in price than labeled on shelves. I took pictures and showed them and was told item numbers didn't match. I took pictures and showed the labeled prices. Was told items were in wrong locations. Refused to honor listed prices. Wall compound (multiple buckets) and five gallon deck paint located next to clear prices. No, I didn't bother to read the item numbers. Seems the lazy employees just put stuff where it looked like it belonged and left it to customers to double check. Deck paint price was $207 but rung up $259. Patch labeled $7.24 but rung up $21. Should have seen that it was mislabeled. Paint shop workers were very friendly though management just rolled eyes. Zero stars! I'm never shopping here again. read more

Horrible. I attempted to buy a gas stove and you would've thought what I was trying to purchase a space ship. One young man was great but he too gave me the wrong quote. A lady tried her best but had a lot of all issues attempting to work out an estimate, whoever trained her did a disservice to her and her customers, her inability was not her fault. The supervisor came by a couple of times to point out a couple of things on the computer but frankly, he was useless. As I was leaving I saw him chatting it up with other employees. He took me back to the appliance area but was just as bad. We agreed in me coming back the next day. He told me he'd be there all the time until 1:00 PM. Got there at 11:30ish. He was "out for a few minutes". I waited 15 minutes, no sign of him. The man who told me that he'd be back in a few was possibly the rudest person I've met. I decided to leave when a woman came by and said that the man whom have told me he'd be there all the time had left for lunch. Horrible experience. read more

This has to be the worst Lowes that I have ever been to. When you find an employee, they are of no help. I needed a simple water pressure tester, and the guy working in plumbing didnt know what it was, and he said that he couldn't help. A pet peeve on mine is self check outs. They had a very unfriendly person who didn't offer any help when the damn self check out didn't work. I am getting ready to remodel a house, and I probably won't go to Lowes. As a contractor, Ive spent the past 10 years using Home Depot because Lowes was so bad in our area; however over the past couple of years they have remodeled stores and have become top-notch compared to Home Depot. I find myself preferring Lowe's now each day when I need to make a run to grab something for a job! read more

So what I learned today is if you buy a fridge from Lowe's, there's a chance it could be delivered by Spirit Delivery (who they work with) and if it is I hope you don't need the water line taken off the old one or the doors to the old or new fridge taken off to fit in the door because they won't do that and they will give you a nightmare of a time! Definitely ask when you order that a Lowe's person be on the delivery because these people are the most unprofessional, ridiculous people I've ever dealt with! Idk who or where Spirit Delivery is based but Lowe's needs to rethink their contract, I very seriously considered not doing business with Lowe's ever again because of this. If it wasn't for the manager smoothing things out I would've demanded a refund and went elsewhere. The fridge I wanted is literally on display at the front of their store and when I met with the sales person he simply said nothing I can do we don't have it. I had a delivery order where significant parts of the order were not delivered. I tried to call the store to get an update on what may have happened with my order but the customer service team member was not able to help me. I then went to the store to speak to the store manager and after 45 minutes he also was unable to resolve the issue. I even offered to just pick the items up once they found them. He assured me that he would check into the issue further and would contact me first thing the next day. By 10:00am I still had not received a follow-up, so I again called the store. I was placed on hold for 57 minutes at which point I gave up. If at all possible avoid this store the staff just does not have any concern for customer service. read more

All these other reviews are 100% correct. The employees will literally walk away from you when you're trying to get help. I had literally 4 employees make eye contact with me and then walk the other direction. One even picked up the phone when it didn't even ring and pretended to be on a call. I waited at customer service for about three minutes as she stood there in silence not even speaking into the phone then decided to go to Home Depot. Never been treated so poorly. There is absolutely no customer service. I spend hrs on hold. No returned phone calls. Delivery is extremely poor. they don't tell u that the delivery people refused to install, were rude and I had to ask them to leave. I went to a local appliance, Sherwood Appliances, and bought the same frig and it was installed within 24 hrs. Cost me about $100 more. But no aggravation, no sitting on hold, no being treated like crapola and I have a frig! I would have spent more for such great customer service a t Sherwood Appliances. read more

This woman at customer service gave me 'stink eyes' for 10 seconds and said "I'm helping an employee right now, then I'll get to you" after 10-15 minutes of already being not helpful. Rude, disorganized, poor communication. The product I had paid for last week was literally 30 ft away and they couldn't find it. After I went and got my product in the aisle, that was supposed to be held for me, it took them another 15 minutes to identify and confirm that this was my purchase. If I asked for an update, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. These people couldn't find their phone if they were talking on it. Can't check out! Only two registers open, one by the entrance and the other on the other side by lumber. One customer held up the line with his card not working so I decided to go to the other side to only see the line back up towards the garden center. I went back to the other side and that same customer was still holding up the line...unfortunately I don't have the time to wait around and left without my needs. Honestly this Lowe's is complete dogsh*t. I set up a measurement to get new carpet, picked out my carpet at Lowe's, and then tried to pay and set up and install. Apparently ALL of their install specialists are on vacation so they can't set up a time or take my money. It's been 2 weeks and I've gone to the store 4x and called 7 times so far. They've never gotten back to me still. I had to transfer my information to another Baton Rouge Lowe's because this was is so terrible. If you are going to Lowe's go to a different location!!! I purchased a washing machine, a dryer, and a refrigerator from this Lowe's. I placed the order online and requested a 4/1 delivery date...because that was when I was moving in and would be here. Of course they tried to deliver it the before then so I had to go up to the store and straighten it out when I got here. The large appliance employees were great and very helpful. Getting my delivery straightened out was fast and a pleasure. While I was here, I purchased the additional things I needed for my new washer/dryer (water supply hoses and dryer electrical plug). This is where they get docked 2 stars. There was only one lane open and the guy working the register was a Wiz Khalifa look alike that took his sweet time looking up the price of bolts and chatting up every customer in line. Maybe if he stopped being so nosey and asking what everyone was doing, what they did for a living, and their entire life's story...just maybe the line would have moved a smidge faster. Anyway...onto the delivery of my appliances. An hour after I left the store and straightened out the delivery mess, I received a call from the delivery driver saying that he was on the way. FANTASTIC! The delivery people were wonderful! They worked fast and did everything it took to get my appliance into my house and installed. They even popped the door off the hinges to get the fridge in without scratching it! They were great. read more

The staff was even helpful with checking the price and letting us inspect the tree in the box before purchase. Three stars because the Lowes app has been a lifesaver at this store. It's helped me find everything I ever needed. Which is helpful because as far as I can tell the employees here are only good for standing around, having personal conversations and occasionally stocking the shelves. I've never, not once had an employee at this location ask me if I needed help with something and I come here at least twice a week for the last three months. I don't know what it is with this Lowes and the one on Cortana but no one wants to work. I get attitude each time I come from multiple people. I had a huge renovation project of 5 fourplexes and they could never get my online order done in a timely fashion and seem to care less.
