It ocuured two days before Christmas. I called Billywoods and John answered the phone. To make a long story short, John volunteered to come out to my home in a cold rain storm and he solved my immediate problem of getting the door open to remove food that was inside. He also set up for an appliance maintenance company to order the broken part and to come to my home to repair the microwave. That is real customer service!!!!

RA stuck with the case until solved- hinges were bent, closed door did not turn off light - tho we could not see that right away- and they ordered new hinges and put them on for free. I expected them to have suggested buying a new refrigerator - but they talked me out of that - several times. I did not pay for extra service calls - I paid to have the problem solved. My dryer- OLD- was not functioning well - but they did not want to sell me a new one - the service person found a twisted vent hose, replaced it - dryer is perfect. I trust them totally. They have worked on every appliance Replaced the dishwasher and washing machine with the highest quality appliances and reasonable prices. I recommend this company and the attitudes of every employee I've come in contact with - the office as well as the service people.

The search was on and even though I have driven by here numerous times I have never stopped. Pulled my car in and headed to the back to park. This place immediately cheered me up as they have a beautiful selection of plants and trees. But most importantly they had my lemongrass plant. Once I was rung up I walked around some as it truly made me happy. Gorgeous selection here definitely worth checking out. This was my first visit but not my last.
