If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered landscaping edgers at around 8-9:00am. I get an email at noon stating the order was ready. I get to this location at 4. After waiting in the weird social distancing customer service line for 30 mins that blocked the view of the customers to the cashiers, only to be told they could not locate my order. I then waited an additional 30 mins only to be told they will have to RE-PULL THE ORDER. I would have been better off walking in and buying it myself! The only reason I came to this location is because they were the closest that had the item in stock. This is BY FAR THE WORST STORE. I would never come back nor should anyone else. read more

You may find what you want/need. But don't count on much help from the staff. Customer service was non-existent. I needed help finding an item. When I was finally able to corral one employee for help, he pointed me towards an aisle then disappeared. There was no follow-up and I still couldn't find the item. So, we went to customer service. One employee working the desk showed some interest but was overwhelmed. She passed me to a manager of sorts, and this young lady couldn't have cared any less. She told us one of employees(stocker?) would go look for it but we watched him collect heavy items for another customer to be taken out to the car. Then, she said he looked and couldn't find it. By far the most disappointing experience at Lowe's - only exacerbated by the fact management was part of the issue. Seriously, worst Lowes ever! Employees are uneducated and unhelpful...more like the average Home Depot. We were just there over an hour and never once did anyone offer to help! This is one of those places I hate shopping but don't really have a better choice conveniently available. They have a better selection than home depot and the prices are sometimea better. However the customer service at this location is non-existant. I walked thru this entire store, more like wandered and not a single employees offered to help me when clearly I searching for things and had my hands full. I broke up a convo between two employees to ask where to find a curtain rod and was told simply "plumbing" before they turned around and continued their conversation. I was overwhelmed by my broken garage door, like in TEARS because I didn't know what to do. Lowes is awesome. Not all employees know everything but you can usually find someone who is more than willing to help and knows what they're talking about. I bought all my appliances and lawn equipment from Lowe's. No problems with returns or exchanges they're awesome. If you need appliances go see Carlton he will help you out and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Have been a Lowes customer for more than 30 years after today the will not see me again. Purchased a ceiling fan today got all install {after have to make some missing hardware} to find that the lamp assembly did not work. Was told that I would have to bring the entire assemble back. Well after two hours getting it installed .I was not overjoyed with that. when they could have open a box swapped out the lamp and sent it back with the other unit. Needless to say I was more than upset . Took every thing back was refunded. Went Home Depot got a better unit for less. Lowes Improvement you have lost a customer forever. read more

This is the best lowes anywhere. I can't remember everyone's names, but mourine, Sergio, Becky, code 50 guy,l think david, we talk all the time and he's VERY helpful. There's also 2 different girls at customer service (my mind went blank on names) that went way out of their way to help me, more than once. These people make this store! Always friendly, always smiling, and always willing to help. I just got done remodeling my house ($25,000+ at this store) in the last month. These people helped and even tho some of the orders got scrambled, I wouldn't have had it any other way. I have done three remodels with this store. Awesome store with amazing employees! Thanks y'all!! NOT ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE AS HELPFUL. They have a select few that GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. there are some that will just walk past you and go the other way. read more

I really wish that I could given this store a zero but it will not allow me to. First of all, I found a freezer online and it said that I could go into the store and pay for it and have it delivered but when I made it to the store they told me they didn't have it in the store but I could pay for it and have it delivered in a few days. Long story as short as I can make it... 3 days passed, they delivered it but it was broken and they took it back, I tried to call the store to see when I could get another one delivered but the phone # on the receipt did not match the store. After calling a 1-800# they connected me to the store supervisor only to be told that he is sorry but they don't have anymore freezers, don't know when they will get another one, and he is not sure when I will receive a refund because they have to wait for the truck to make it back with the freezer then do the refund and the rest is up to the bank. This could have all been avoided if Lowe's would not have lied about the freezer being in the store and then after me patiently waiting...them sending me a broken freezer. I guess my husband was right, I should have went to Home Depot. read more

The people who work here are really nice. The gardening department especially can offer lots of advice on plants that will thrive in north Texas weather conditions. Overall, I think the prices are fair but there are some items that are a little cheaper at Home Depot. I really love the plants selection here as they get rotated quickly and there's always something new going on. read more

In Burleson, Home Depot is way better than Lowes. I e never had an issue with an staff members. But EVERY single time I go in there they seem to have limited supplies and I don't think it's setup very efficiently. Also the biggest issue I have is I ALWAYS have to wait to check out. And it's usually at least 5 minutes which is a long time to me. I've never seen more than two lanes open. Home Depot has self checkout which is very convenient. Lowes in Burleson needs to step it up cause I try to avoid that place like the plague. read more
